I wouldn't recommend this agent, as a property investor i have dealt with different solicitors, agents and vendors but the recent property i bought with them was the worst experience in 10years of buying properties. From the beginning i was advised that solicitors they use are extremely good (which wasn't the case), the vendor and a fellow employee (Tyler) and the agent were extremely unprofessional during the whole process and the parties were constantly blaming each other for mishaps or things not being progressed. no sense of creating a 'win win' situation for e.g. the vendor wanted to charge £100.00 for a fridge when you can buy a new one for £150.00. ridiculous! it wasn't about the price difference but rather no sense of commerciality. don't trust the solicitors they use (regardless of what the agent states) and don't trust the agents!

I’m finally moving today !!!!! After 6 months and 4 different buyers I complete today and move out of my beautiful home into a new one, to start new memories. I met with a few agents before deciding to go ahead with Sewell, as I felt they were a good match for our property, their brochures looked professional and I very much liked all the staff I met at the Ricky and Croxley offices.
