The process was quick, painless and we were only charged just £30 per person for referencing and no additional fees to move into the property!. We ended up with a house exactly as we dreamed after a very smooth process. We would definitely recommend their services.

We got them in again to sell our current house very recently and they managed to achieve a price over £30k more than a rival agent valued our house at. It sold in the first weekend. Very professional, honest, I highly recommend.

GoogleWe bought two properties through Sewell and Gardner. I can't imagine how they could have made the process simpler or more convenient. Tenants for both moved in the day we completed. Every person with whom we came into contact with was 100% professional. Bottom line the service has been faultless, I cannot recommend S&G highly enough.
