GoogleI am happy to highly recommend Savills as an estate agent. It took us a long time to find the type of house we wanted and Graeme and the rest of the team could not have done any more to help us find the right property for our needs. The team at Savills made us feel totally at ease and gave us regular updates on properties that matched our requirements. Communication was excellent throughout and every member of staff we met was friendly, respectful and professional. They listened carefully to our thoughts, which did change along the journey and we are so pleased to have now found our new home. We cannot thank Savills enough and would definitely use them again in the future if we were buying or selling a property.

GoogleSue, and the team at Savills, pulled off the seemingly impossible task of finding the perfect buyer for our property in quite an unpredictable market in the run-up to Christmas. Their enthusiasm for our home, which to us was more than just a house, was evident from the moment they walked through the door which set them apart from the other agents we talked to. Their guidance was invaluable and professionalism when dealing with us, potential buyers and solicitors was just what was needed to bring this to a happy conclusion for all concerned. We are now settled into our forever home and have no intention of moving again but if we did, we would certainly have no hesitation in using Savills again.

Aaqib handled everything from initial viewings right through to completion, and it was a pleasure to be dealing with the same person after the sale was agreed (a first in my experience with estate agents). The property was my late parents home, and the team did a great job of looking after the house, as I live in Devon several hours drive away. Highly recommended.
