The team at Savills Rickmansworth have been excellent from start to finish. Buying and selling a home in England can be a long and hard process but Savills have been with us every step of the way. Sue Trybus in particular is an outstanding human being - she goes beyond what you would expect of an estate agent, working whatever hours are required and be there to give advice even when she has nothing to gain. She is always at the end of a phone, even when ill! She has her client’s best interests at heart and has the highest level of integrity I have ever seen. I cannot recommend Sue and Savills Rickmansworth enough - I wouldn’t sell my home through anyone else.

We have been extremely happy with the level of service and professionalism that we received from the entire team at Savills, particularly Sue Trybus. From the offset, Sue was super efficient with getting our viewing booked in and has been extremely diligent with all matters in relation to our purchase. Sue eliminated a lot of stress by pushing matters herself and making sure certain things got done on time. Particularly as we are unable to control much in this process. It's been an amazing experience working with Sue and her team. We're very excited to move into our new home albeit very sad to not be in regular contact with the lovely Sue!

I’m really pleased with the high level of service provided by Savills Rickmansworth. Out letting agent George Jones was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process of renting a flat & completing all the paperwork. Our experience with Savill's was effective and mostly positive, and at the end of the day the sale and facilitation is what is needed in an otherwise stressful situation. Graeme was excellent in managing our expectations early and we had been discussing the possibility of a move for a year or so (then further delayed by the pandemic!). Very patient I have to say. Through the pandemic Savill's were respectful of the need for precautions for visitors and their staff for viewings and mostly were able to ensure the viewers were similarly respectful although there were instances of viewers not being reminded not to sit down and not to open cupboards. Once an offer was accepted there was good liaison and management between the parties despite some to'ing and fro'ing with solicitors although at times plans were made for completion dates without our initial involvement, which then had to be changed to accommodate our needs. Overall positive, reasonably rapid and probably as smooth and professional as it gets in a hugely disruptive process

We were aiming for a quickish house sale. We chose Savills because, as one of the largest estate agency chains in the UK, we felt they would have access to the size of buyer network needed to realise our aim. It was definitely the right call. On a sunny Saturday in late March, our house of over 20 years was shown to prospective buyers and by the following Monday had sold for the asking price. Two months later to the day, we exchanged contracts. The team at Savills in Rickmansworth have been outstanding from start to finish - professional, dedicated, reliable, and courteous. Sue Trybus is a rare gem - a highly experienced and motivated estate agent with an obvious passion for her work and yet a genuine desire to see her customers happy and their expectations met. She has been front-and-centre throughout the process, from initial valuation, offering helpful advice on some home improvements, overseeing the open day, managing the subsequent offers, providing regular progress updates, liaising seamlessly with all parties. We had the good fortune to have our house sale handled by Sue Trybus & Savills, Sue acted professionally throughout and had a great sense of humour which helped during some of the more stressful parts of the process. Sue always responded to enquiries in a timely manner and kept me updated regularly, even when not much was happening. The the initial sale fell through, Sue went the extra mile to try and convince the buyer around their concerns. Although this proved to no avail, this was very encouraging at a very difficult time. There was a brief period when the levels of service fell at the start of the relationship although this coincided with a period when Sue was not at work. The others from Savills who occasionally were involved were always polite & courteous. While Savills do charge more than other estate agents, the level of service we received from Sue Trybus went far beyond that provided by agents I have previously used.
