They just get the job done. We have been shielded from the day to day hassles and only engaged at key pivotal moments. George is extremely well mannered, flexible, diplomatic and very friendly to deal with. It has felt more like a friendship rather than a service (which is rare). My husband and I have purchased a house in Rickmansworth through Robsons and are extremely happy about the service they provided from the start (house hunting) up until we received the keys. They have an excellent team who were always positive and super patient with us in our search and requests. Response time on call backs was excellent as well. We would like to thank Scott Elliot our agent specifically for his patience and working with us in our search. He understood our requirements and showed immense patience and accommodated our numerous requests on visits to the property.
