Would not buy another Hill property given the number of issues. However the operatives are fantastic. Had Ben Aken come around to do some repairs, and was absolutely blown away by the kindness, communication and level of service. There was plaster coming off the wall and he did a proper investigation for dampness as well as a thorough job sanding/repainting it, very polite and explained steps throughout.

Mike Perry, Mike Chapman and Mike Lewis were the Hill operatives who attended my property to make good some bits and fix some snags. I have high standards and they more than met them; they made my house look supreme and handled everything with grace and good humour!! Simon Cowdrey of Hills visited us today. He completed one piece of work in our downstairs toilet and then attended to a new leak we had in the kitchen ceiling. He took photos and quickly sorted out for someone to come and repair the leak. He has promised to return and repair the ceiling when he returns from holiday. He was cheerful and polite. Since the carpet of my son's room was damaged due to the water leakage from the bathroom next to it and it has to be replaced. That means we have to remove everything out of the room and thanks to Nicole who has arranged Kelvin to help us. Nicole is very responsive and Kelvin is gery helpful. They are both very polite and considerate, they understood our needs and tried to help as fast as they can.

A brief line to thank Cameron here on site at Eden Green for coordinating with Sarah Key in Customer Services and resolving a couple of minor snagging matters rapidly for me. Cameron was extremely attentive and organised the trades in question to visit at times that were suitable to me. No fuss, no bother. The balcony sliding door suddenly got stuck and couldn't be closed or opened. I immediately contacted Michael Butterworth. After understanding the details, he quickly reached out to his colleagues, who gave up their break time to come and repair it. With their help, the door was quickly fixed. Richard from Hill attended my property to rectify damage caused by other contractors to the doorframe. The damage looked quite extreme including holes in the woodwork around the frame and damage to paintwork, he did a great job and efficiently fixed the problem, leaving this good as new. Richard was very helpful and a great help, I really appreciate his assistance.

I'm a neighbour of the borough where North Gate Park is being built. The lowest price is £390,000 for 1 bedroom apartment. That's unbelievable. There's no way a normal person with a normal salary can ever afford buying their own apartment. Not even mention a single person. These houses are not built for us, workers and neighbours of Haringey.It's heartbreaking

There are many reviews of Hill which are tremendous. It is too easy not to take to take the time to add to that list. However, great service is rare and it should be acknowledged. Today, the people at Hill went above and beyond for me, greatly exceeding my expectations. All this on the Friday of a bank holiday weekend. Carpenter - brilliant: practical, helpful, good communication, he listened. Kirsta (who arranged all) superb. Denise who has previously helped me: efficient and effective. We should never take great service for granted. All this and the fundamental element (a great home), Hill are superb in every way imaginable. Thank you everyone, Patrick

Phil has been excellent at booking in to do work at times that suit my working hours and he always works hard and does a great job. Attention to detail and workmanship have been great. This review is for Graham, the chap that eventually fixed my bathroom ceiling.It's not for Hills as personally I think they're useless, it's only taken them 3 months to fix black mould and water staining in a brand new build bathroom ceiling! Graham is a legend, polite hardworking and excellent at his job, pity his company aren't the same.
