We had a problem with our back door that took 2 years to get to a resolution. It's frustrating it took this long when Mike Lewis (who deserves 5 stars) came and fixed it within half an hour. He is an asset to Hill with his very friendly manner and thorough understanding of the problem and how to fix it. If we'd had a visit from Mike 2 years ago, this would have been a 5 star review!

In the last two days, Michael Perry was helping to replenish the doors and wood frames. He also painted the splash board in the kitchen as there was splash marks. We found Michael is very polite, skilful, very experienced, helpful and is willing to go extra mile. Kept us informed about what he was doing and why. He has sense of humour. Highly recommendable.

Peter was helpful and courteous and did a good job touching up the bathroom with new sealant and paint where the wall had been marked. It looks as good as new again. Only criticism is that it took rather longer than I expected (because of having to wait for paint to dry)

We had a small snagging job that needed doing. Phil attended to complete the job. He was very punctual, friendly and took the time to check the job that needed to be done, before he carried it out promptly, to a high standard. Once completed he talked me through what he had done, to ensure I was happy with it. Although the job was only a small one he carried it out professionally, with ease and care, with a positive can do attitude. Thank you.

We have just come to the end of our 2 year warranty with Hill and have to say they have been terrific during the whole time. The Customer service Team, Claire, Emma and have all been very professional and the two people who have attended all our corrections are Andy Delaforce and Phil Way. Both very professional, understood the problems, carried out the necessary works very quickly, scrupulous and very very clean, tidying up after completion of the work and protectecting other furniture during the course of the work. We needed few small fixes to be done to our home: painting, filling small hole in the wall. Mike was very friendly and proffessional. He respected our property and ensured to do not damage anything and cleaned after himself. All the work has been done to very good standard.
