Sarah Key is responsive and awesome

Our new flat has quite a number of minor issues to be fixed which we have been discovering them day after day which means that we have been sending them to Sarah continuously instead of one go. Sarah has been very patient, properly recorded all these issues and assigned to the corresponding parties to handle. She is very caring and is always trying to keep track on the status. Sarah won't hesitate in chasing the vendors for an update for us. She has made our lives much easier in the process.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

We really do not feel Hill could have done any more to make our house move experience a pleasant one. During challenging housing market conditions, our contact - Judy Hayden, as our 'face' for Hill was superb in supporting us and driving us forward to exchange and completion. Our chain was problematical yet Judy took ownership and displayed what is necessary to 'make things happen' especially during the chain progression process. The site manager, Andy Dawson was calm, reassuring and nothing was too much trouble to ensure a smooth move into our new home. Good old fashioned Customer Service. How refreshing. I recently had Alan Deadman come and fix my locks on my property, and he was fantastic. Alan was super friendly and lovely to speak with. He showed up right on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He explained everything he was doing, which I really appreciated. The new locks work perfectly, and I feel much safer now. An all around really nice guy.

Garden door and LED repair by Bradley Sullivan

The garden door was having some issues with the metal piece at the frame being loose and damaging it when being open or closed. Luckily Bradley Sullivan was here today to save the day. He figured out what was going on with the door and he found an ingenious way to put the different frame pieces back in place. After this, the door frame was completely flat and firm, with the screws perfectly aligned.Then he came back to fix the LED light under the kitchen cabinets which fell down the previous day without much of a warning. He used a strong adhesive and gave a layer of paint to cover the few bits the previous adhesive tape had pulled off the wall.

Outstanding work from Andy Delaforce!

We had the pleasure of having Andy Delaforce attend our property to repair what we thought was a leak behind the wall. Andy found the issue straight away! After finding the issue Andy had to cut through the plaster board etc… Andy fixed the issue and replaced everything to a very high standard. It was like he had never been. Very clean, professional, and was always on time! I could not recommend Andy enough. Any issues in the future I will most definitely be requesting Andy to attend. Fantastic operative! But would not buy another Hill property

Would not buy another Hill property given the number of issues. However the operatives are fantastic. Had Ben Aken come around to do some repairs, and was absolutely blown away by the kindness, communication and level of service. There was plaster coming off the wall and he did a proper investigation for dampness as well as a thorough job sanding/repainting it, very polite and explained steps throughout.

Simon Cowdrey of Hills visited us today. He completed one piece of work in our downstairs toilet and then attended to a new leak we had in the kitchen ceiling. Thank you to Nicole and Kelvin

Since the carpet of my son's room was damaged due to the water leakage from the bathroom next to it and it has to be replaced. That means we have to remove everything out of the room and thanks to Nicole who has arranged Kelvin to help us. Nicole is very responsive and Kelvin is gery helpful. They are both very polite and considerate, they understood our needs and tried to help as fast as they can.

Doorframe repair

Richard from Hill attended my property to rectify damage caused by other contractors to the doorframe. The damage looked quite extreme including holes in the woodwork around the frame and damage to paintwork, he did a great job and efficiently fixed the problem, leaving this good as new. Heartbreaking

I'm a neighbour of the borough where North Gate Park is being built. The lowest price is £390,000 for 1 bedroom apartment. That's unbelievable. There's no way a normal person with a normal salary can ever afford buying their own apartment. Not even mention a single person. These houses are not built for us, workers and neighbours of Haringey.It's heartbreaking

Exceeding expectations by a country mile

There are many reviews of Hill which are tremendous. It is too easy not to take to take the time to add to that list. However, great service is rare and it should be acknowledged. Today, the people at Hill went above and beyond for me, greatly exceeding my expectations. All this on the Friday of a bank holiday weekend. Carpenter - brilliant: practical, helpful, good communication, he listened. Kirsta (who arranged all) superb. Denise who has previously helped me: efficient and effective. We should never take great service for granted. All this and the fundamental element (a great home), Hill are superb in every way imaginable. Thank you everyone, Patrick
