GoogleNot Great to work with. Fixed dates for inventory check in and out, when I wasn't going to be available.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We take customer service very seriously and are disappointed to receive a 2* review on this occasion. Naturally the check in has to take place on the same day a tenancy begins, equally the check-out must take place on the last day of the tenancy unless you are willing to hand back keys before the natural end on a more suitable date. In addition to this, neither Landlord nor Tenant have to present during the check in or check out but I appreciate that on this occasion you wished to attend. Hamptons International take great pride in offering a high level of service and I have there for passed your feedback onto the Rickmansworth branch to ensure any improvements, where necessary, are made to our services. Thank you again.
