N&N were brilliant - they very tactically suggested a soft launch in the summer as buyers are often a little scarce and didn't want the property to appear "old news"by Sept - then hit the ground running after BH August - we had 3 offers on the table within 10 days! They are extremely professional and likeable and really really know their stuff - as local parents/residents they genuinely know the area and what people are looking for. I was extremely comfortable leaving them keys to our property for viewings whilst we were away as I trusted them completely. They are extremely knowledgeable about the area, and even though we have bought houses there twice before having lived in Richmond for over 20 years both their property search and completion services were extremely helpful. Perhaps the most value added aspect is that they have excellent relationships with all of the local estate agents which means they get to hear about properties likely to come onto the market before they appear - this gives you a chance to secure a purchase before anyone else gets to hear about the property. I think that my solicitor summed them up when he said that he'd never known such tenacious agents - chasing everyone at each stage to make sure that the purchase and the sale moved forward. They are both delightful to deal with and very responsive, working as a highly effective team.
