GoogleWe recently sold the family home we had occupied for over 40 years in one of the most stressful times (Brexit, Covid!) but I am so glad that we used Griffin Stevens. They made the whole process that much easier and more pleasant. Forget the usual stereotypes of estate agents with Andrew and Charlane you will receive a hugely personalised, intelligent and sensitive approach to selling your property. You will not feel pushed or pressured into making any decisions you do not want to do. For a far smaller fee than the big agencies we received a hugely professional service and I would not hesitate to recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleExcellent experience - from start to finish - selling our house with Andrew When we met him at a viewing, it was quickly clear that Griffin Stevens were offering a very different service to what most agents expect you to put up with! He took time to understand our needs, put together honest particulars that made our house look amazing and then provided a friendly, ever-courteous service to us and viewers And then there’s the price. Cheaper (as well as generally better) than the competition. Don’t much fancy the prevailing business model lasting. Expect better!!

GoogleIf you are looking to sell, Griffin Stevens is absolutely the estate agency to choose. They are extremely knowledgeable about the local area market as well as the housing market as a whole. This knowledge and their fantastic marketing skills helped us to secure the best possible purchaser at what we felt was the right price for our house. We had tried 3 other estate agents over the year previously to using Griffin Stevens and felt that each one were more interested in the number of applicants they got through our door, than finding us the right buyer. To say that it was the very first buyer that viewed our house with Griffin Stevens who bought it, goes to show that they have the right type of purchaser in mind and not just hoping that flooding their viewing schedules of people who were clearly not interested will give us an offer as the previous agencies had done. Well done to Andy and Charlane and their team. All are very experienced, straight talking and honest. Wish we had chosen them to start with. We certainly recommend them to anyone either new to the market or struggling with the other high street agents. Thank you Griffin Stevens!

The one bad review I saw on here seems to be based around and incompetent conveyancer not related to the estate agent. Would definitely use again! 5*+

Efficient and straight-talking. 2) They work with integrity, diligence and ooze professionalism. 3) They actually care about what they do and nothing is too much trouble. 4) They are proactive and deal diplomatically with any sensitive matters that arise. 5) They are an absolute pleasure to deal with! GoogleGriffin Stevens are a rare find, an agency built by knowledgable and geniune people who provide fantastic service. We purchased our second home through Griffin Stevens and had a great experience. When our offer was accepted I 100% trusted that the property would be off the market. Most agents continue to market after an offer has been accepted, but Griffin Stevens work on honest relationships, unlike many agents it seems, and I trusted them throughout the whole process. The sellers of our property had moved abroad and were often difficult to contact but Andrew always did his best to find out information and kept everything moving. He went over and above what would be expected of him (such as organising the removal of remaining furniture in the property that belonged to the sellers and advising me on my own sale). He even turned on the heating before we moved in! I mostly hated calling or picking up the phone to estate agents - it's never enjoyable - but this was never the case with Griffin Stevens. Both Andrew and Charlane are a pleasure to deal with and it’s always so lovely to have a friendly voice at the end of the phone during what is a very stressful time. Andrew managed my stress levels well, (not easy!) and his approach to business is a breath of fresh air. I can only imagine the selling experience with them would be as good as buying. I don’t intend to sell for a very long time, but if and when I do I wouldn’t hesitate to sell or buy a property through Griffin Stevens.

GoogleThese guys are unquestionably the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. Andrew impressed us so much when trying to sell us a house, we switched agents for him to sell ours. We were kept up to date at all times, and he really was acting in our best interest from start to finish. No sales targets, no nonsense, just a genuinely professional and personal service. I can’t see myself using anyone else to sell a property in the area.

GoogleAndrew Griffin was our point of contact for the purchase of our house and from start to finish he was extreamly helpful and always willing to give us him time and advice. The purchase wasn't straight forward and I genuinely don't think we could have bought our home without him on board. This is the 4th home we've owned over the last 20 years and Griffin Stevens are by far the friendliest and most helpful estate agents we've worked with. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

GoogleWe were very happy with our experience with Charlane from Griffin Stevens. She was responsive and helpful in securing our tenancy at a wonderful flat in Richmond. The paperwork was all online, smooth and easy, as was the inventory and introduction to the landlord. She was also very helpful in communicating our specific requirements to the landlord, helping us not only get the flat, but allowing us to swap some of our furniture in, providing access a couple of times for measuring up the rooms etc. We would be keen to use Griffin Stevens again in the future!

GoogleNot all estate agents are created equal! Before meeting Andrew from Griffin Stevens I had had my property valued by 3 agents in Hampton. A month later it still wasn't on the market as I couldn't decide who was the best of a bad bunch. I then luckily heard about Griffin Stevens and within 5 minutes of meeting Andrew, we were ready to put our flat on the market. Not only Andrew but everyone at the agency, are so friendly, helpful and professional. Andrew really is a consummate professional (which cannot be said about many estate agents) with a vast amount of experience in sales and he really cares about his clients as the agency is co-owned by himself. We were given a realistic and fair valuation on our property that we were happy with. We had prompt and comprehensive feedback after each viewing and updates and advice along the way. It really was the most smooth and pain free sale that I've ever experienced. I would like to offer huge thanks to Griffin Stevens for an A* service and if you are looking for an estate agent and are considering them, don't hesitate!
