Andrew was honest about the current market and his experience and communication style gave me real confidence to take a chance on a new agent to the area. Multiple viewings and several offers produced an asking price sale. Do not hesitate to instruct Griffin Stevens . If you want an agent who will be honest , always available to talk and good at managing your stress in what always is a difficult process. Choose Andrew.
I have been so pleased with Andrews business approach I have recommended two friends who had been on with other agents and already have secured sales with Andrew.
Great value for a great service. Other agents in Hampton Village, who have for for far to long monopolised sales In the area, would do well to up their game.

GoogleI viewed a property to rent with Griffin Stevens. They were very helpful, and accommodating when I wanted to bring my fiancée back to view it again. We put in an offer, and Charlane was very very helpful at getting this accepted. The process of signing and moving in was super straight forward, and they were there at the end of the phone for all our questions. The property was in great condition when we moved in. We have had one problem since moving in with our washing machine, but they sent a plumber as soon as was practical, and sorted the problem. Overall extremely happy with this company. Friendly, helpful and the best company which I've rented a property from. 100% recommend them.

GoogleWe were one of the first sellers on Griffin Stevens’ books when it was founded, and our decision to appoint them was based on the sense of professionalism, decency and clear communication that we had during our initial meeting.
We had previously met with four or five other agents, who gossiped about our neighbours, advised us to mislead potential buyers or suggested advertising our property at prices we knew were completely unrealistic. Instead, Griffin Stevens provided objective evidence to underpin their pricing recommendation, and took time to understand our requirements.
Phillip and Andrew thought carefully about the sort of buyer that we should target and fairly swiftly, we had two offers (both slightly above our asking price despite a softening market in which everyone around us was dropping their price) and we were able to choose the buyer we thought best able to progress to completion.
Our own purchase was protracted and the chain was complex. For reasons beyond our control, the chain nearly collapsed several times and we give all of the credit for holding things together to Andrew Griffin, who went far above and beyond the service we might have expected. He liaised with every other party, was able to keep communication throughout the chain open and friendly, and reassured our buyers when things were difficult in order to keep them on board. It’s notable that other agents in the chain told us how impressed they were with Andrew and his work.
Griffin Stevens were everything we didn’t expect an estate agent to be, utterly professional, decent to the core, excellent at clear communication and we felt in the safest possible pair of hands. We hope not to move house again for a very long time, but as and when we do, Griffin Stevens will be our first phone call. We really cannot recommend Andrew, and Griffin Stevens, highly enough.

GoogleWe have recently sold our house with Griffin Stevens and had an amazing experience. Andrew and his team are extremely professional and dedicated. Their valuation was realistic, you are not tied into a lengthy contract and the service they delivered way superior to other estate agent at a very reasonable price. Throughout the conveyancing process Andrew personally helped out with some o the legal complications we encountered and the whole process was complete within 10 weeks. I can't rate him highly enough and I will use them again in the future. In fact, by comparison, we were involved with a leading competitive agent In relation to buying a property at the same time we sold with Griffin Stevens and this company constantly hassled us, misinformed us and left us questioning how they could be charging nearly 3 times the commission fee of Hriffin Stevens. Highly recommended!

Moving house is a stressful process, however "stressful" does not even begin to express how upsetting the process was, that we went through, with a well known high street agency in Hampton before Griffin Stevens took over looking after the sale of our property. After 16 weeks of getting
nowhere and being given very poor advice, .. that mainly being to reduce and reduce and reduce our price, ...(£200K between their high valuation and the price they tried to push us into taking offers) .... we spoke to Andrew Griffin from Griffin Stevens. Andrew
spent a long time listening to and understanding our exasperation. He spoke very clearly and honestly about local property value and backed it up with evidence. He gave us very clear advice about what our house should sell for and what it should be marketed
at, and he gave us very clear ideas about how to present our house to create maximum impact, and in particular how to show the double bedrooms off to their best. We met Andrew's team, all of whom have at least 10 years experience each as estate agents. Within
2 weeks of being on the market with Griffin Stevens we had 4 offers, all higher than the best offer we'd had with the other agent. We exchanged on Friday... and with Griffin Stevens fee being just 0.75% (as opposed to 1.8%) we are much better off and much
happier than we would have been with the other one! Griffin Stevens are honest, and at the end of the day why would you place your most valuable asset in the hands of anyone other than experienced, honest people who actually do have your best interest at heart...
as opposed to other agents who's only real interest is to achieve their own target driven needs, ... without a care that their needs have a massive £cost impact on you.

All members of the team were extremely approachable, informative and professional throughout the process of selling our flat. Andrew was pivotal in managing the chain, going above and beyond. When the other estate agents in the chain went silent Andrew was the key point of contact not only for us but all the other buyers/sellers! If it wasn’t for his patience and communication skills, I doubt we would have managed to sell our flat and buy our dream home. GoogleApproached Griffin Stevens regarding a flat in Teddington and booked in an appointment a couple of weeks in advance.
On the day of appointment called them to confirm in the afternoon which they checked as correct.
When finally the appointment was due they were nowhere to be seen so called to follow up - they said they'd call back once they knew where their agent was. Called back 10mins later to tell me that they had "literally sold it this morning" and didn't have chance to tell me...
After this disappointing news I questioned their communication skills having wasted a good 40 minutes of my time to which they retorted they had great reviews and rather than apologising just asked I not leave a comment anywhere regarding this poor experience.
Upon making it clear I would leave a review I was asked for an address so they could send flowers as a gesture of goodwill. I gave an address but have not received anything in 2/3 weeks now.
Full of hot air - I would avoid.

You called to confirm your appointment which we did. We then discovered that the property had received an acceptable offer via another estate agent, so we called you back immediately and left a voicemail cancelling the viewing.
You later called our offices upset that no one had arrived to meet you. One of the directors looked into this for you to ensure that we had contacted you appropriately, which we confirmed was the case. We then sent you proof from our telephone records confirming that we had called and left a message.
We are a genuine hard working business that takes pride in what we do, this is why we have so much good feedback online. It’s a shame that you felt the need to give our business a one star review based on these events.

GoogleIn one word; 'outstanding'. In more words, we simply wouldn't be in our new house without the incredible support that Andrew and Charlane gave us - and the vendors - during the entire process. Anyone who has had anything to do with buying a house over the last couple of years will know that it was almost an impossible process, with incredible demand outstripping supply and therefore intense competition for the 'right' houses. We must have physically viewed around 40 houses, and knew this one was the one for us as soon as we viewed it. But we'd also previously seen others we felt the same way about, only to lose out in the awful process of sealed bids, or unable to compete with huge offers over asking price. The key difference however was Griffin Stevens - and remember we were the buyers, not the vendors! And although they weren't acting for us, without their honest and ethical approach to the whole process, their instant readiness to go the extra mile and their guiding hand when things slowed down at times due to various inevitable complications along the way - I don't think we would be living in our wonderful new home. Even our solicitor was impressed, and she doesn't impress easily!
