GoogleI’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by Fine and Country Richmond. Communication is practically nonexistent, they never respond to emails or calls promptly, and when they do, it’s often unhelpful. Maintenance requests are ignored for weeks, leaving tenants to deal with unsafe or uncomfortable living conditions. The property is poorly maintained, and any attempts to resolve issues are met with indifference. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

She was particularly helpful after I found a property and agreed terms, she was always available to answer any follow-up questions and liaise with landlord. Happy to recommend.

GoogleHorrendous experience with this company. They were managing a property we were letting through them and on arrival not electricity gas and the alarm was beeping 24 hours a day. Loose carpet causing me to fall down the stairs. Three weeks later nothing has been rectified. I have had to pay out of my own pocket to deal with most issues. Stay well away.
