Cantell and Co reviews

About Cantell and Co Richmond

Opening Cantell & Co Estate Agents means that we can concentrate on what really matters, dealing with you in an open and honest manner that will inevitably result in a personal and professional service. Simply put; we just want to do things better than any other agent. You will notice immediately that you are being dealt with by people that really do care. Your biggest asset, your home, (whether you are selling, letting or looking to buy) is of utmost importance to you and to us. Whilst our knowledge reflects our experience, it is our passion for people and property that motivates us. We listen, never presume and will always offer our best advice regardless of financial reward. We have worked for multi branch Estate Agents in and around Richmond for a combined 18 years; we felt that an independent, single branch Estate Agency was missing from Richmond. Multi branch meant for us, inconsistent customer service and layers of unnecessary management; taking attention away from our real passion; People and their property. Having lived in Richmond for the last 8 years, we know how fantastic this area is and are very keen to help you buy, let or sell in this locality. We are here for you through this exciting but potentially stressful period as are the solicitors, contractors, mortgage brokers and surveyors that we have excellent relationships with. Please contact us to discuss any aspect of property, any improvements you may be thinking of having done, current market conditions or the best areas for a Buy to Let, we are here to help. It is our excellence through experience that sets us apart; we think our reviews say it best. Best Wishes Anissa & David Cantell
