We were living elsewhere and needed an agent who could respond promptly to the tenants’ requests and provide good quality and timely support from a team which had the relevant electrical, plumbing, decorating etc skills. John Crane achieved this professionally and efficiently and ensured that the needs and obligations of both the landlord and the tenants were met. Highly recommended as an agent.

YellWithout a doubt the worst estate agency
Since signing a rental agreement with Antony Roberts they have been nothing short of a nightmare. Every single query regarding the property has been ignored unless chased, all "repairs" have left the property in a worse state than before, and they have been dismissive of every single issue brought up. I am not looking forward to what I am sure will be a difficult checkout process at the end of the tenancy agreement. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
