The support from Savills during our rent period was ok. However we have just been withheld 10% of our rent deposit return because of two small issues. No understanding or flexibility for moving out during a lockdown period. Shame on you Savills!

Terrible experience. We were renting a flat, and we had to chase them constantly. They didn’t provide a check in inventory, and the flat had not been cleaned at all. They didn’t come to the check-in, and nobody answered phones or emails for days.

I am surprised to read all of the negative comments about Savills. I have dealt with them recently and I can only speak highly of them. They have been prompt and swift with sorting out all the queries, always on time, nice and polite and I have only dealt with professional individuals there.Jordan Caskie at Savills is one of the best sales agents I have ever met. I was very impressed with how smoothly he got everything sorted, responding to my messages even during the weekends and negotiating the best deal for me with the landloard.

Waited 40 mins out in cold on Saturday morning and none of the savills staff turned up. Called sevenoaks branch took them 20 mins to find their property on their own website. In my view Savills the worst eastate agency company in this country .

Be careful with this company. I am currently going to court over a dispute for a tenancy that ended 2years ago. I used to the a tenant at Ochestra house in ilford. They will try to bully you as it is a very big company with unlimited funds even when they have done something illegal. Please be careful

Abi Gibbs of Savills Richmond branch has surpassed any customer service experience I have ever had. From arranging the initial viewing to moving in took just two weeks! She was pro active in keeping me informed of requirements, progress and procedures throughout. Looks like I'm not alone in my experience with Savills. I'm yet another tenant, having to fight tooth and nail to have my security deposit returned. They are working in cahoots with The Derwent Group, who are equally as shoddy.Avoid these businesses like the plague.
