GoogleAll our dealings with this 'can do' Richmond team were fantastic but Jordanna who handled our sale was a definite stand out. Her tenacious approach ensured that we knew exactly what the position was on all buyers in the sales chain from acceptance of offer through to exchange and completion. To find such knowledge, honesty, positivity, professionalism and results in an estate agent was refreshing. We will definitely use this office for future property transactions and would highly recommend them.

GoogleExcellent service from Knight Frank’s Richmond office. I was helping a friend who is partially sighted move from Barnes to Richmond. We found a beautiful flat that Knight Frank were selling. Their staff could not have been more professional and were particularly helpful in dealing with my friend who’s sight is sufficiently bad that she can’t read any correspondence. Particular praise for Jordanna Mancina who went well beyond the call of duty to ensure the purchase went through without any hitches.
