The efficiency of their service was second to none. The communication was very good. I worked with one of the agents, Jamie. He was swift to arrange the viewing, patiently answered all our questions. They made sure all the checks were done. The whole process generally was done with remarkable speed and professionalism. I'd recommend them to anyone.

She engaged closely, personally, and enthusiastically with my case, fully understood its dynamics and context, and, with her negotiating acumen, achieved an excellent rate for our flat, far exceeding my expectations. Her attitude and energy gave a new dimension to the relationship between estate agent and landlord, hugely enhancing my experience of Knight Frank. Kasia also completed the renewal paperwork in zero time. Finally, she was courteous and answered my emails instantly. She is an invaluable and efficient negotiator and a delight to work with.

GoogleWe are delighted with the assistance we have had by Liam Doyle and mainly Zara Watterson at the Richmond-upon-Thames branch (Charlie Burnell not to be forgotten). We felt from the start that we were presented with relevant information and advice throughout the whole of the procedure. Also appreciated the friendly and swift contacts we had - never any problem getting in touch or getting response. As we were moving overseas we also appreciated the assistance we had through Knight Frank with the actual removal of our stuff - Pam White very helpful and practical - important in that stressful situation. Also we ended up having very pleasant contacts with our buyers. So thumbs up from Sweden.

We bought the house, but will not be dealing with Knight Frank Dulwich ever again. They are 100 percent on the sellers side and in fact created such a hostile environment that we almost pulled out of the sale. Sales tactics from the estate agent felt wholly unprofessional and personal.

GoogleWe instructed Knight Frank to sell our house in Richmond the week before the stamp duty was raised and the whole market slowed down. We knew it wouldn't happen over night but Knight Frank made sure viewings were relevant and the buyers had been checked. Viewings were announced in good time and there was feed back after each viewing. Hannah Bentley has been with us along the whole process and was reliable, reassuring and just a pleasure to work with. She was an amazing mediator between seller and buyer. We would go back to Knight Frank each time.

We have had excellent customer service from beginning to end which is very rare these days and we are very grateful that a stressful time has been made so much easier to cope with, particularly with a long distance sale!
