We have let a property for some years with the support of Hamptons. They have been helpful and proactive throughout that time. 18 months ago, we asked Hamptons to undertake full management of the letting. They have excelled both in finding a good tenant and, subsequently, in assiduously managing the letting. They have been particularly helpful over the introduction of the new letting regime. Nikki Cullen, who is our property manager, has been attentive and punctilious throughout.

Rented for 18 months from Hamptons, they were rarely involved but upon checkout suggested several times I use their £300 cleaning service which I refused.(as if their cleaners are the only ones who can clean...and a 1 bed flat too!)

I have had a lot of contact and personal professional service from this company and I know very well that with in the regional office I deal with, things are run to a high standard. I am situated 16,000 kilometres away in another country so it is critical that I have up to date clear and accurate information and reports about the property that is overseen by Hamptons. Their team is very well run and I can say that I am consistently reassured and impressed with my main contact there who is Constance Graham. She has an efficient and polite natural style to problem solving which results in excellent service to myself as the client. I am always kept up to speed with email and photographic information which provides the communicative link to my tennants and maintainance services that I need.

Hamptons have been managing my properly for years now and I’ve always had a good experience with them. They take care of everything very professionally and I’m always well informed about anything that needs my attention. I mostly liaise with Constance and she in particular has been great to deal with. Always very friendly and prompt to reply to questions. She’s definitely made my life easier in terms of my property. I’d definitely recommend.

I have been using Hamptons, St. Albans for short term lets for over 4 years and the whole team have been absolutely brilliant. I am particularly impressed with David Whiting the property manager. He has been very responsive, professional and friendly in dealing with any of the issues at the property. He seems to have a great team of reliable and friendly contractors on call that fix all the problems quickly and professionally.

GoogleI recently met Laylee from the Twickenham branch & am pleased to say that she stood head & shoulders above the majority of agents that I encounter on a regular basis. I had not used Hamptons before. But I found that Laylee had all the ingredients that I like to see in an estate agent; Great communication, good local knowledge, & a personality. The same cannot be said of all those that I have had to deal with, so I believe that she deserves the recognition for this. It is a breathe of fresh air to speak to an agent that can make you feel relaxed & always comes back to you. One that you can trust. Not to mention her 'can do' attitude. And this is important because not all transactions run as smoothly as you'd like. I run my own companies & it is important to recognise assets, & I believe that Laylee is a credit to Hamptons. In fact I am looking at another property later, solely because of this attitude. Hopefully that will be successful too.

GoogleA big thanks to Tom and Geraldine at Hamptons for selling our house and helping us to buy our new home. Thanks to Tom for getting us a good price and keeping things moving. A special thanks to Geraldine who showed us around our prospective house in a relaxed and friendly manner. I really appreciated the fact she did not give us the hard sell but allowed us to look around and make up our own minds. There were a few issues along the way and she gave some helpful impartial advice which was gratefully received. Hamptons did a great job for us and I would recommend them highly.

GoogleMy wife and I seriously considered moving to Twickenham to start our new life together. It was a very difficult decision but one that was necessary at the time. We met Laylee from Hamptons and she made it possible for us to see a few properties at very short notice. Laylee was very professional and patient, she was honest about the disadvantages and the advantages of all the properties that showed us. My wife and I were both impressed by the quality of service and care. Their service was personal and we were not made to feel pressured in any way, which helped us with our decision.
