Christian Pengelly is the best ever

I am dealing with Dexters for 5 years now, and I was not happy with them like I am now because Christian Pengelly is the head of property management. He is the best property manager I have ever dealt with. He is keen to solve every problem/ concern in the quickest time he can. He even sends the required emails during the call which I explain the problem in it. If I have the choice, Christian is the manager who I hope deal with him always, not anyone else.

I recently bought a house through Dexters Twickenham and can't fault anything with their service. The sales negotiator Ani (Anastasia) was amazing from the initial phone call and viewings right through to completion. She was always very professional, friendly and responsive. Ian was also really helpful with the admin and ensured the whole process/solicitors side of things went smoothly. Approximately 10 weeks from offer acceptance to completion, without any issues.

Can't thank Myra enough...

I have had a great experience with Dexters as my property management company, but I want to give a special mention to my property management consultant, Myra Mettam. I have been letting my property for nearly 5 years, and Myra has been my continued support during the time at my flat. Myra is fast acting, efficient, empathetic and a total delight to liaise with. Every time I have had an issue at my property (and there have been many as it is an old building: faulty boiler, blocked toilet, shower not working etc). Myra has been on hand to find a very quick solution, she really is a magic maker and I couldn't ask for more from her. Myra also often exceeds my expectations with her quick turnaround times and she is an excellent communicator. The Dexter's leadership team should feel very lucky to have her!

Natasha and her team contributed to a positive experience

Overall positive experience of using Dexters. Natasha and her team have been very good in managing the property.I have deducted 1-star due to inconsistencies between letting teams - One office forced us (renters) to pay 1 months worth of early-termination fees on the contract despite the rent going up considerably. I understand this is well within their rights but with another office I (Landlord) was told that Dexters would waive the fees for my outgoing tenant who was leaving with 1 month left on the contract so felt slightly cheated!

We all know moving is extremely stressful - I was moving with 2 friends, all from different households and across the UK so we had a lot to coordinate. Taylor from the lettings team was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and kept in touch with us regularly to resolve any issues and delays. He was very understanding and genuinely cared about our experience and our move! I've moved house many times over the past seven years and I can genuinely say that Taylor is amazing; I've had such horrible experiences with estate agents in the past unfortunately but Taylor was able to help us out at every stage and I knew that it would all work out in the end as he had our backs. Have been looking for my first rental home and reached out to Dexter’s when I saw a property I liked. Unfortunately the one I was interested in had gone, but Eloisa who I spoke to on the phone, was very helpful and sent across some other’s I may like without being pushy like most estate agents, which I loved. Eloisa was amazing helpful and professional through the whole process and helped me find the one. Nothing was a problem and would try and help quickly with any questions I had. I have to say her professionalism made the experience enjoyable, as a lot of other agents I had spoken to really put me off due to their brash and rude nature. I would defiantly consider using dexters again when I come to buying my first property or recommend to others.

I would like to very highly recommend Dexters Twickenham to anyone looking for a highly professional and motivated team to sell their property. I asked Dexters to market my property when my current estate agent was unable to find a commited buyer offering a good price, after several months and many viewings. After just 2 weeks I had a solid offer at a great price, job done ! Dexters also continued to support me hugely through the rest of the process till the sale was completed. Dexters have been brilliant from start to finish! The service is very professional throughout the whole process. They get you the best price possible. You really are dealing with a quality agent. During our selling experience there were challenges but the team knows how to sort those out effectively and efficiantly. I could write alot more but want to thank all of the staff as they work well as a team to get the job done! We had plenty of quality viewings and had a serious buyer soon after marketing. I want to give a big thank you to Nina whos is brilliant and liaises with solicitors buyers and keeps the cogs turning and makes the exchange happen. George, who him and his many team memebers does all the viewings and there was an amazing number of viewings in a short space of time, Barry who is usually who values your property ( the boss ) but many others who i have spoken with, like Peter and katiy and many others, sorry havent got all your names listed. Its a difficult job juggling client and tenant expectations, and keeping calm and professional. 2023 was/is a difficult property market but Dexters lettings kept on getting viewings month after month when the other agents had faded. This was rewarded with an offer over asking price for 2 years, which gives peace of mind. The whole lettings team are professional especially Alfie and Tom the manager. If needed I will certainly be contacting the team in a couple of years and touching base in the meantime. Recommend.

Repair of Side Gate

During the repair process of a side gate, Idis Plaatjies at Dexter was very helpful in calling me to keeping me update throughout the whole process from start to finish. A total cowboy outfit. I offered on a property which was accepted only to be told 2 days later they had a better off so unless i offered my best and final it will go to the new person. The performance of any company is defined by the performance of their employees. I didn't have great experience with Dexters to be honest initially. But since Danilo has become the property manager, everything is super smooth. Danilo is extremely professional, polite and considerate towards tenant's needs. So prompt in responding to emails and not missing any point. His communications skills are great plus he is easily approchable. He makes sure that your issues/questions are resolved and follows up on it. He is honestly the best broker I have ever dealt with. The management of my flat was recently taken over by Dexters. I have been so impressed! Rachel Deacon-Holmes is my property manager and she has exceeded my expectations. My flat had not been properly managed previously and she had to quickly sort out some serious water damage. There have been a lot of other issues and both Rachel and Tom Bussman have been absolutely superb in assisting me in dealing with some overwhelming refurb works in order to bring my flat up to a particular standard. They have both responded promptly and given me honest advice in terms of getting and making the most of my flat. They have both been handed a tricky situation to sort out and they are doing it professionally and responsibly. for now it is still in the process of being done. Jessica is a Joy to deal with

Jessica-Joy has recently taken over coordination for my tenancy. I noticed a number of items in my rental either broken or malfunctioning because of aged appliances or routine wear and tear related breakdown.Jessica promptly arranged a site visit and verified details herself and wrote a comprehensive report to the landlord, which has resulted in the landlord successfully agreeing to fix a number of items on this list.
