Dexters have been brilliant from start to finish! The service is very professional throughout the whole process. They get you the best price possible. You really are dealing with a quality agent. During our selling experience there were challenges but the team knows how to sort those out effectively and efficiantly. I could write alot more but want to thank all of the staff as they work well as a team to get the job done! We had plenty of quality viewings and had a serious buyer soon after marketing. I want to give a big thank you to Nina whos is brilliant and liaises with solicitors buyers and keeps the cogs turning and makes the exchange happen. George, who him and his many team memebers does all the viewings and there was an amazing number of viewings in a short space of time, Barry who is usually who values your property ( the boss ) but many others who i have spoken with, like Peter and katiy and many others, sorry havent got all your names listed. Overall I have no coplaints. Deal done and would recommend Dexters to my friends.

Its a difficult job juggling client and tenant expectations, and keeping calm and professional. 2023 was/is a difficult property market but Dexters lettings kept on getting viewings month after month when the other agents had faded. This was rewarded with an offer over asking price for 2 years, which gives peace of mind. The whole lettings team are professional especially Alfie and Tom the manager. If needed I will certainly be contacting the team in a couple of years and touching base in the meantime. Recommend.

Repair of Side Gate

During the repair process of a side gate, Idis Plaatjies at Dexter was very helpful in calling me to keeping me update throughout the whole process from start to finish. Danilo - 5 stars for you!

The performance of any company is defined by the performance of their employees. I didn't have great experience with Dexters to be honest initially. But since Danilo has become the property manager, everything is super smooth. Danilo is extremely professional, polite and considerate towards tenant's needs. So prompt in responding to emails and not missing any point. His communications skills are great plus he is easily approchable. He makes sure that your issues/questions are resolved and follows up on it. He is honestly the best broker I have ever dealt with. Dexters need to re-examine their staff and need to hire more leads like Danilo in order to stand out in the market. Excellency at the peak, thank you!

The management of my flat was recently taken over by Dexters. I have been so impressed! Rachel Deacon-Holmes is my property manager and she has exceeded my expectations. My flat had not been properly managed previously and she had to quickly sort out some serious water damage. There have been a lot of other issues and both Rachel and Tom Bussman have been absolutely superb in assisting me in dealing with some overwhelming refurb works in order to bring my flat up to a particular standard. They have both responded promptly and given me honest advice in terms of getting and making the most of my flat. They have both been handed a tricky situation to sort out and they are doing it professionally and responsibly. for now it is still in the process of being done. Jessica-Joy has recently taken over coordination for my tenancy. I noticed a number of items in my rental either broken or malfunctioning because of aged appliances or routine wear and tear related breakdown.Jessica promptly arranged a site visit and verified details herself and wrote a comprehensive report to the landlord, which has resulted in the landlord successfully agreeing to fix a number of items on this list. I just want to thank Jessica Joy from Property Management Team. I am new to this city and rent my current apartment through a Dexter agent. However, I found there was no hot water for shower. Thanks for Jessica's timely services, my family could finally enjoy hot-water shower without boiling water myself after 2 weeks. Other than that, she also helped out on my other issues, like getting the parking license. I could totally feel her urgency of getting things done.
