Chestertons South West Lettings - Sebastian WaltersSebastian was extremely professional and efficient throughout the process of renting our lovely flat in Barnes. He answered all our queries and managed the whole process for us although we were overseas and paperwork etc he managed the paperwork remotely. He also liaised seamlessly with our children to arrange the viewing etc before we arrived. Chestertons are privileged to have such a polite and experienced professional dealing with the lettings in Barnes. Well done Sebastian.

Giorgio, was amazing! I couldn’t recommend him enough to my friends. Speedy, efficient and even worked his magic on his days off!I found my new home through Giorgio and couldn’t give anyone a better review. Initially I spent weeks going back and forth, checking the market, making offers that got rejected and then I came across some properties on Rightmove by luck they were just listed, and I saw it was with Chestertons. Most negotiators names I don’t remember as the process can be quite overwhelming, but I remembered Giorgio because he was very friendly and always followed up with written communication on previous calls. I called him on Saturday morning first thing after failing to get a viewing slot with his colleagues and even though he was on annual leave, he somehow managed to get me a viewing that day, we offered and he spent his Sunday calling me to tell me our offer was accepted. Not only was the process smooth, and quick, but he didn’t need to pick up the phone and deal with us on his annual leave but he did. He was so polite, so speedy, and ensured that I wasn’t just shifted to the back of the queue. This attitude by far goes along way, more than any other agent. Thank you!

Chestertons are the managers for a property we have been leasing for 2 years.To start off, they got the dates on our lease wrong, and tried to send us a correction to sign with dates still wrong, and didn't seem capable of understanding the error. not a good first impression.During the 2 years they managed our property, they did absolutely nothing, and failed to locate the spare key on the one instance we got locked out and needed one.After our 2 year lease was due to expire, the landlord would have been happy to continue with a lease without Chestertons (and split the difference of their 10% fee to reduce our monthly rent) but Chestertons refused to allow this unless we moved out of the flat.All in all, just your typical run of the mill sleazy estate agent company who care nothing about their tenants and are just greedy to collect money wherever they can. ugh.

Chestertons have managed our property for many years. The service we’ve received both in terms of sourcing new tenants when necessary and in day to day management of the property has always been of a very high standard. Liaison with the designated Property Managers, and there have been several over the years, has been friendly and efficient. As a Landlord based overseas, we’ve been very happy with Chestertons service and would recommend the company to other owners seeking a reliable Letting and Management service.

GoogleBrilliant service. Quickly agreed sale over asking price and the whole process managed expertly, efficiently and professionally throughout. We had not had much luck being on the market with another estate agent, so when Sarah & Matthew came in afterwards to say that they would have no problems selling at the same price, I was a little doubtful but very glad to be proved wrong. Would highly recommend both of them and Chestertons East Sheen on the whole.
