We recently completed on the sale of property dealt with by the Stamford branch of Fine and Country. From start to finish we were so very impressed with their professionalism, quality, value and assistance. We achieved almost the complete asking price within 4 days of the property being marketed and we were so impressed and appreciative of all ild's hard work and support in processing the sale. It is so hard to find a reliable and ethical Estate agent therefore we would highly recommend and will choose them again.

I felt that I experienced poor customer service from Williams estates in Rhyl. While purchasing my first home I felt hounded at times by staff members over matters that were out of my control. I had numerous phone calls about paperwork which I had signed and posted to my solicitors which caused a large amount over stress and anxiety as I had no control over when they would be delivered! (Who would know this information about the postal service especially with adverse weather factors?!!!) I felt that staff members really should have been contacting my solicitors about this instead of putting so much pressure on me. I honestly felt bullied at times after these phone calls which often left me in tears.

Once our sale was agreed we had nothing but the best responsive service from Ildi at Fine and Country. Whilst on the flip side, many other companies were putting a huge amount of blame onto the current pandemic, Ildi - whether she thought it or not! - never quoted the pandemic as an excuse for anything. In fact she turned it on its head and put extra effort into absolutely everything.

As a purchaser, dealing with all members of the T&C team in Stamford throughout the viewing, negotiating and pre-contract phases was a thoroughly professional experience. When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.

Absolutely disgusting attitude from Jan. Sent a genuine enquiry on one of their latest instructions only to be made to feel inadequate and being questioned beyond belief. Totally put off from buying through them and goes to show that an agent can actually influence a buyers decision. Avoid. Rude obnoxious and pompous.

Jan from Fine & Country did an excellent job for us in appraising our house for sale, they were punctual, dependable, well informed , with a well-balanced & reasoned opinion. The photograph Fine and Country take of the front of your house will sell it, their trademark dusk lit up by sunset flatters every property and gets you viewings. They understand the market really well and will do what it takes to get the best price, networking, showing commitment, giving attention to detail. You really feel they're on your side with a personal service from people in the know. We would recommend them above every estate agent for buying and selling.
