Coming up to 2 years I’ve been a tenant renting a property listed through Williams Estates (Rhuddlan) & From the beginning to present we’ve had nothing but positive experiences. They are always super happy to answer any questions I have (no matter how silly I thought they may be) They’re efficient when I need help with a problem regarding the property & Overall are just a lovely group of people to deal with. Never feel like I’m bothering them. Honestly have no faults :)

I am selling the property as an executor liiving over 50 miles away - they have been super helpful over viewing - selling the property in 3 days. They recommended an electrician when we required an electrical survey. AND when the sale fell through after several months (delays in getting probate) they only went and got a cash buyer at the asking price within 3 days of the property going back on the market - I consider them to be outstanding.

Having mistakenly firstly wasted a year with another agent, Jan and Ildi renewed by confidence in the sales process; they were always professional and consulted me along the way. The previous estate agent had just managed 7 viewings within 12 months, Jan and Ildi had 12 viewings within 14 weeks. Jan contacted me and recognised the actual buyers straight away and worked with them and myself to make the deal happen. Both Jan and Ildi supported me as the seller and also the buyers thought out the process helping solving solicitor short falls along the route. The brochure was professional and the pictures really showed the beauty in the house and the lifestyle. The sale was finalised a few weeks before covid which was extremely fortunate however this was down to Jan and Ildi and I will always be grateful for their commitment to making the sale happen for me.
