We would like to say a huge thank you to Emmy, Michaela, Amber, and Naomi for all their hard work and support throughout the purchase of our first home. Buying a house can be a stressful process, but the team was there for us every step of the way. The entire journey took around three months, and throughout that time they were always professional, responsive, friendly, and willing to help with any questions we had. What really stood out was the personal touch and care they showed. Darren, Sam & Sarah were all so friendly, accommodating and helpful at every stage of both the sale of our existing property and the buying of our new home. The whole team were great from the start. Darren was efficient in putting our home on the market in a timely manor, explaining the process clearly and informing us of all relevant costs. Samantha and Sarah were both fantastic at keeping us up to date throughout the whole process which helped given the stress associated with buying/selling a property. Williams Estate Agents have been brilliant from the start to the end of the process. From measuring up, posting the for sale signs and sending over documents so you can put the house on line, to getting all the relevant paper work sorted. The best part about it has been the personal service. At no point when I phoned them to ask questions did I feel like I was annoying them, they explained everything to me, were always friendly and happy to hear from me. I recently moved into a rented property in Denbigh and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Philippa Buckler at Williams Lettings in Rhuddlan. I couldn't recommend 'Ildi' at Fine and Country Uppingham enough. She was on top of everything throughout my house search and purchase. Always with positive intent, even at the tricky moments. Ildi also supported with a known solicitor and between us we got the house sale complete in well under two months.. I'd add I wouldn't have found the house without Ildi's persuasion as it wasn't what I had requested but she clearly knew me well enough to suggest I look. Well she was right and its the perfect house. In a tough climate the whole process was enjoyable. You don't say that too often when buying a house!

I recently had Darren from Williams Estates Rhyl visit to value my property. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Rather than focusing on the strengths of his own company or providing valuable insights about my property, the majority of the appointment was spent making disparaging remarks about a previous estate agent who had just left. It felt unprofessional and unnecessarily negative. I was hoping for a constructive and informative valuation, but instead, it became an awkward and unproductive conversation. First impressions matter, and sadly, this was not a good one. He seems like he is a very insecure little man and should speak to somebody about this before he loses Williams Estates even more sales.
