TrustpilotExceptionally helpful agent!
We found Reeds Rains of Grimsby exceptionally helpful in buying a property in the area - thanks mainly to help from Sophie, who opted to 'prod' solicitors into action at one or two points. Full marks!

Alison worked really hard to sell our house for us, she was great at communication and always upbeat and positive. Even better she got us the asking price! Great service, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Have been involved what what was a 30 week conveyancing marathon, but during that time I was impressed with the diligence and helpfulness of Reeds Raines, Wendy Tynan in particular. Nothing but praise from me.

TrustpilotDo not get ripped off
Do not use this company and especially do not pay any deposits if you have pets to have your house cleaned and the end. They will rip you off trust me I have just fell victim to them.

GoogleWe used Reed's Rains to buy a property from which didn't really run smoothly not their fault at all as they helped to push the solicitors along. They kept me informed and we're easy to deal with always being friendly. Would recommend

TrustpilotConveyance Apartment in Whitby
Good efficient advertising of the property with excellent photos and clear descriptions.Good communication throughout the process. Most importantly a suitable buyer was found within days. James handled communication very efficiently.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
