Not worthy even of one star. They sent out contract for renewal tenancy and failed to pick up that statutory notice periods have changed twice during Covid. They are still advising that it’s two months when in fact it was extended to three and now six months. An absolute joke of a service.

Outstanding service, very punctual and extremely helpful when we came to purchase any property we enquired about.In one day our house was visited, photographed and advertised via their we site. Yet, 2 years later they invited us to get us to renew mortgage and got us a better mortgage deal. We are very pleased
