GoogleREB are letting experts who have managed my property for nearly 3 years. I have always been impressed with their efficiency and professionalism; I therefore wouldn't hesitate in recommending their services.

Unfortunately we are receiving over 100 enquiries per property and things are changing quickly at the moment, it isn’t always feasible to arrange viewings for everyone

Dealt with the girls in the Rhuddlan branch and cannot fault them. Always friendly and helpful whatever the problem. One of the best estate agents I’ve dealt with.

GoogleExtremely unprofessional in 20 years of renting I have never had such a bad experience. I found out the staff non stopped lied after moving in when talking to the neighbours. I'm so angry with them I could rant for hours. Never would I recommend them.

I have long had Simply Estates (formally REB Letting) manage my properties. The fact that I am still using them, shows they have given very good support over those years.
