As a landlord I have no hesitation in recommending Simply Estates. They are well briefed in the requirements of Govt legislation and quickly found me a good tenant. I have dealt with most of the team at some time or another and they are invariably helpful, thorough and get things done. Most of them have a good sense of humour too and a bit of banter makes all the difference. I hope that Simply Estates continues to go from strength to strength!

FacebookWe had a problem selling our house in Manchester due to covid restrictions, so decided on a rental to help our move to Wales. We used Simply Estates and initially Kylie helped us secure a 3 bed beautiful and incredibly spacious property whilst we settled in and secured our jobs post early covid restrictions in summer 2020. From day one the communication was fantastic and a secure deposit scheme alleiviated our concerns due to a bad experience for a rental 20 years previous! Very professional. Natasha took over our account a few months later and kept up the excellent communication, scheduling in periodic property inspection visits to suit us. Any repairs were acted upon immediately. On giving notice, as we finally sold and purchased a new property, we were sent a courtsey email detailing what needed to be done in order to return our deposit with handy hints and tips. Needles to say that went smoothly and deposit returned in full. All in all a fantastic team that helped us our during very trying times for everyone. Couldn't recommend the Simply team highly enough. GoogleAbsolutely disgraceful, told me when I moved out that If there was any problems with Cleaning that I could come get the keys off them and clean it myself but then slapped me with a £150 bill for the oven not being clean and said I couldn’t have the keys back to do it myself. Would not recommend to anyone everyone please steer clear off this company at all costs!!

GoogleI would never ever recommend these people, they don't give a stuff about the tenant like they make out, only the landlord as that's who their getting their money from. Same can be said for their greedy landlords with inhabitable properties. Takes money from you for breathing in the wrong direction this lot and allow their landlords to do so, the tenant has no chance as their just in it together.
