If you are thinking of selling your home look no further! Dylan Davies were exceptional in providing a personalised and tailored service. The team go over and above what they are obliged to and provide an excellent service to their clients. We really appreciated this and what made our experience so great was an independent company really listening and committing everything into selling and marketing our home. The marketing is the best that I have seen and the photographs really stood out compared to other competing agents with an option of a 3D Tour which really sets DD apart. Dylan Davies are open and honest in their pitch and gave a true reflection of sale prices and fees. The statistical results in the area really provided a good reflection of how good this team is in selling houses you can check these independently using HOA. Thanks to the careful attention of Dylan Davies our home sold in 9 days of marketing. Forget the big corporates and go with this independent gem. Thank you very much Jenna, the Chris's and Team.

Highly recommend this amazing team of professionals. From day one. their excellent advice and support has been invaluable in helping us turn the page and start a new chapter in our lives. Our house sold within a week and we were kept up to date at every step of the way. Once again a thoroughly professional and friendly service from the whole team. Our initial contact with Paul set the scene with excellent advice and support in selling our property. Chris did our valuation and marketed the property. This was done with great market awareness and agreeing expectations of each other. Matt took over with the viewings of our property. Kept us updated regarding the whole process from offers to accepting. Vetted any offers, to make sure they were in a financial position to proceed with the purchase.
