Customer service is shocking, 3 months to get issues resolved.We have had a smell from our bathroom for 7 months, Thomas Conelly their plumbing contractors can't fix it and never turn up with the correct equipment.Avant Customer Services Sunderland keep passing the issue to different people, ground workers then the plumbers.Not good enough

Have been trying for nearly 3 weeks to speak to someone about a plot at Barton Point. Tried online booking of appointment, no response. Tried calling. No answer. Left messages, no call back. Messaged on Facebook. No response. Popped over to the site at the weekend and the office was closed. Is this an example of Avant customer service? 🤔

320k for a home with a leaky roof.Avoid at all costs. Nothing but issues. Their staff changes from day to day. So you’re always dealing with someone new.I’ll never buy anything from avant again and would encourage other to avoid too.

I would never buy a house with Avant ever again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Almost impossible to get hold of, they lie about everything, and they don't care about their customers because "people will always buy houses". Save yourself some stress and dignity and buy a house with someone else

If I can give zero I would! Avoid this company!! 2 years later they still not fix our snagging issues, the hole they made when they were trying to find the leak! Until now I can’t use my ensuite and my bathroom still temporarily fixed! Terrible from customer service to higher up management!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM AVANT HOMES! 18 months later and my property is still not built! Updates on build are few and far between, customer services still can't tell me if the roof is on. I'm out of pocket as my mortgage rate has increased as well as my monthly payments. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Avoid, they really couldn't care less after they have your reservation fee. Anyone who does/has bought from them, they best way to get them to resolve issues is to rate them poorly on your 8 week/6 month NHBC survey. Put on that what's wrong and they'll come to your door within 24 hours to fix it!

Avant are a terrible company. Promise you the world then after the money has been handed over not interested. Fitting damaged items and then not fixing them. Not acknowledging any serious issues. Rude and condescending after sales service at managerial level. If i could give no stars i would. Should be investigated by trading standards for all the pledges they make but do not fulfil.

Desborough, Northamptonshire. Avant destroyed a large hedgerow, now that’s neighbourly of them. I’m no tree hugger but trees and plants are a part of our worlds survival. So well done Avant another nail in the coffin … but who cares! You’ll get rich on tarmac, bricks and concrete. Pat yourselves on the back for no foresight.

Misled during the sale, some really poor workmanship mainly with subcontractors, 8 months on still more budget jobs and very poor after sales. Would personally avoid buying from this company.

Avoid, avoid, avoid, the house is a complete waste of money. Site staff avoid to talk to me over my husband! The inside is ruined, we've had black mold coming out the walls, with children in the house!

Horrendous experience throughout since we moved into our house. Staff extremely unhelpful and seemingly know very little about houses and their own processes. Completely unwilling to meet their own obligations to home buyers and just wait for you to give up and stop pestering them. Valid complaints will get you absolutely nowhere.

Numerous problems on my new home. Took over a year to replace damaged windows highlighted prior to moving in. Damp proof membrane not put in garage and took over a year for them to agree it was their mistake and to rectify. Garden needed digging up as they hadn't put in drainage and it kept flooding. Poor customer service once they have your money
