I would recommend everyone to use movewise. As a first time seller looking for someone to arrange my flat selling I felt as though I was a bit stuck for choices - the usual suspects you see seemed to be horrendous when I was doing/arranging viewings (for potential places to buy) and there seemed to be an element of mismanagement and a lack of communication. Movewise were great from the start. With straight forward communication of fees so I knew exactly how much I would be paying along with regular updates on process. It seemed as they were contactable whenever I had a query. The whole process was very simple and to top it off they are a really great team. I would definitely use MoveWise for selling in the future and recommend them to anyone I know that are selling. Thank you for all your hard work.

Sold my flat using Movewise (Alex) in June. The process was really smooth and professional from accepting an offer to the sale being completed within a month. The survey process was excellent, I provided a set of keys and Alex handled the rest. They also provided a lot of updates to keep me reassured that things were still moving through out. This is third time I've sold via cochrane dickie and again they have surpassed my already high expectation. From day 1 the enthusiasm for the property by Curtis, Katie and Karen was infectious. Katie and Karen came out to personally view the property which was a service not offered by anyone else and added a personal element and a real feeling that the marketing was more than just another property being listed for profit. Marketed on Thursday night, 4 viewers arranged for Saturday and sold by 10am Monday morning. I was kept updated personally by Katie on the name and position of each viewer and then advised professionally on the strength of each offer. I can't recommend these guys and girls highly enough.
