We Cannot thank the team at moving enough for all the help and support with selling our property. The whole experience was personal and professional and everything was explained thoroughly. We first met Alex, a lovely gentleman who carried out our valuation and pictures and explained all fees from first meeting. We then dealt with Brian who was great and very knowledgable when setting up our mortgage. And last but no means least, Lyndsay. Lyndsay kept us up to date, daily with viewings and offers. She guided us along every step of the way and was always at the end of the phone if needed. Would highly recommend Moving if you are looking for an easy, friendly and personal service. I had an amazing experience with Movewise when selling my house. It wasn’t an easy process but despite all the bumps in the road Lyndsay and the team made it a seamless process and I’d never go anywhere else to sell a house again. Lyndsay kept we well informed at every stage, kept me sane when things weren’t quite going to plan and was always at the other end of the phone whenever I needed some advice or guidance, nothing was ever a bother and if it wasn’t for Movewise I would have lost out on my onward purchase. We chose Movewise to sell our family home. I'd got quotes from a few other agents and Movewise was our preferred agent. When we considered the costs, the service to sell, on top of the additional services available in the same office, it was definately the correct decision. Alex himself came to take the photos, not someone outsourced by the company, the phone was answered almost straight away and any query was responded to quickly. Lyndsay was really helpful too, I signposted our buyer to them and Lyndsay was amazing at communicating to both them and us. I would highly recommend Movewise for selling.

Movewise sold our house within a week. My wife dealt with most of the emails and phone calls, but I saw for myself that the speed and efficiency of how fast Movewise acted was second to none. We lost out on a house then got word we actually had it, the time was against us, we needed to sell fast. Alex came and took the photos, they were ready for approval 2 days later and the house was online 2 days after that and the board up outside the next day. Viewings were condensed into a weekend, on Alex's advice, which was the best thing as we didn't have people in every night after work. By the Monday Alex phoned with the offers and advised my wife the best offers and what to consider with each offer as well as feedback on the other viewers. Had we gone with another agency the time would have gone against us and we'd have lost out on the house we moved to. Thanks Alex and Movewise for sorting us out so quickly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them, in fact already have recommended them.

Over the years I've used several estate agents for both buying and selling properties. On this particular occasion I was purchasing an apartment prior to selling my existing home, and the seller had contracted Movewise to market and negotiate the sale, in the end to me. So firstly - as a buyer - I personally found Movewise to be very helpful, always happy to provide information to me as the buyer. Movewise have their own inhouse finance team which I didn't need to use on this occasion, but more on that in a bit. My purchase transaction went very smoothly and I was kept appraised throughout the whole process even when there was a slight delay in closing the deal, which was not the fault of Movewise. The seller had gone on holiday and was unable to sign the Disposition hence the slight delay. Upon the seller's return the contract and ownership exchange was promptly completed satisfactorily. Given my very positive experience with Movewise as a buyer, I didn't hesitate to engage them to sell the home I'd just moved out of to move into my new place. Just as it had gone well as a buyer so also it went smoothly and quickly as a seller. Again, I was kept fully appraised of developments my buyer was experiencing. The buyer used the Movewise inhouse finance team and given the speed from agreeing the sale through to completion, I have every reason to believe any issues or problems were quickly solved / resolved although it must be said none were brought to my attention so I assume no real issues or problems presented themselves. Communications were excellent all the way through both buying and selling and any queries were quickly answered with a professionalism I haven't really experienced with other estate agents in the various locations I've lived across the UK. So, to conclude, I extend a sincere and hearty thank you to Alex, Lyndsay and the team at Movewise Paisley.

Just like to say a big thankyou to Movewise when we sold my mothers house in Farne Drive Simshill Glasgow.
