He took the time to find out exactly what we needed and supported us through the whole process, keeping us informed and up to date. GoogleHave used Penny Lane Renfrew twice now. Emma and Ross were brilliant selling and negotiating the sale of my house and Kayleigh behind the scenes making sure everything went through. I also got support from Ian when a the tenant on rental property we self-managed went into arrears. Ian was great in sorting things out and getting the first tier tribunal hearing arranged who awarded in our favour. Excellent professional company - I’d highly recommend.

FacebookWould like to say thank you to Calum and Kayleigh at PLH for all their help and advice when selling our flat in Renfrew.From our first meeting, Calum got to know our requirements and took on board the need for us to sell quickly so that we could agree terms on our new property.Our survey and photos were taken within the week along with the 3D walk through of our flat, something I haven’t seen before and especially useful for the remote measurement functionality.Our flat went on the market on a Friday afternoon and was sold the following Thursday morning at closing date with the flat attracting 7 over ask offers which I’m sure had a lot do do with how it was marketed! All in all we have had an excellent experience with the team and would recommend their services to anyone looking to move. Should we move again, I know we will be using PLH.

GooglePennylane homes in Renfrew are absolutely fantastic, top class, amazing from start to finish. I could not be happier with them when I was selling my apartment. Calum Dickson is outstanding. He catered for my every need. He took care of everything from start to finish, and bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy. They offers a bespoke service based on your requirements, and their overall costs were much cheaper than the 5-6 other estate agents I considered. I highly recommend the team at Pennylane homes in Renfrew if you are looking to buy, sell or rent properties, as my experience with them to sell my apartment could not have been better, and the results were unbelievable. My apartment sold in less than 2 days from when it was listed for sale, and at a very good price! Thank you so much!

I was treated very well and was kept well informed all the time. They made everything very easy for me . From all the selling aspects. We dealt with Kayleigh throughout and she was extremely helpful, easy to get in contact with and nothing was too much trouble. When going in to pick our keys up we felt the agents were genuinely excited for us which was a nice feeling. We would definitely recommend to our friends and family when buying/selling in future.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS, THEY WILL SCAM YOU We rented what was advertised and leased as a three-bedroom non-HMO flat. One month into our tenancy, the agency removed the third bed, citing HMO regulations. This action, taken after we had already signed the lease and paid our deposit and rent, was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. It's highly deceptive to advertise a three-bedroom property and then change it to a two-bedroom flat without any prior communication. On another occasion, a contractor repeatedly accessed the property using a spare key without our permission or any prior notice. He entered the flat while we were home, causing extreme discomfort and a clear breach of our privacy. The letting agency NEVER apologized for this incident. Furthermore, the overall service was unprofessional and unresponsive. Our agent, Callum, completely ignored our emails when we reported maitenance problems (mice and windows broken), and we had to insist multiple times before any action was taken. When a flatmate moved out and we needed a new lease, it took 4 months and constant follow-ups from our side to get the paperwork. Overall, this was an ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING experience with a company and an agent who consistently failed to perform their duties. I would NEVER recommend them.

GoogleUnbelievably poor letting agent. I reported a hole in the roof which was never fixed. I reported suspected damp in the box room which they failed to even investigate. I had water coming through the ceiling which was never fixed. I received a snooty voicemail berating me for not being home for an inspection despite an agreement they could use their own keys to gain access. Every inspection they did was satisfactory and the property was returned to that same standard. On moving out they were only interested in keeping my deposit. Despite legal timescales they exceeded them and were unwilling to return my full deposit. Their own reports from when I received the property and when I returned it state the condition to be broadly similar. Absolute fleece merchants who will fail at every opportunity to protect or serve the person letting a property. Also communication is woeful.

As your letting agent we will be acting as the negotiator between both parties but unfortunately are not able to return your deposit without the landlords authorisation. Any dispute you may have regarding the deposit should be submitted via Safe Deposit Scotland.

Wayne is highly professional and prompt in dealing with questions. The whole experience for me has been hands off as I have great confidence in Wayne's ability to sort out any arising issues.
