No question was too stupid and she always replied to emails and phone calls with no need for me to chase, she has certainly made my life a lot easier.

GoogleWe had several agents take a look at the cottage we rent next door to us in Reigate. It’s pretty unique and we didn’t feel the rent advised was strong enough. Hamptons and Jessica Wales agreed, got 3 potential tenants and even beat their own number. So far, the tenants have also been a delight. Well done team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

GoogleAfter our 5th conversation confirming our viewing and being clear we didn't have time in the afternoon, we had another call from the agent asking us to reschedule to the afternoon as she didn't want to go to the property twice in one day. After confirming another 3 times during the week and once in the morning that we'd be there, We were greeted with an empty property. After calling they made up the story that we didn't confirm our viewing and that no-one set off. Incredibly unreliable and untrustworthy branche. Avoid.

GoogleHamptons took on my mothers property , quite a unique penthouse flat in Reigate. I have been impressed by their approach from initial valuation through to a rapid sale of the property at very close to the asking price. The process was very quick and efficient. I would not have hesitated giving 5 stars however the formulaic approach taken to the creation of the brochure (common to all agents btw) meant a bit of hand-holding was required to present the property in its best light.

GoogleWonderful staff at Reigate. We have just bought and sold with them. Katarina goes beyond the call of duty. She is brilliant at giving expert advice and guiding both the seller and the purchaser through all the stages of a house sale. Without Katarina our purchase may well have fallen through -she kept us up to date on every stage. An absolutely brilliant service! Would recommend Hamptons Sales in Reigate to anyone wishing to sell their property.
