I’ve used Hamptons to manage my flat for a few years now, and after some bad experiences with other agents in the past, the difference has been huge. Constance (my property manager) is reliable and just gets things done. She keeps me informed, suggests multiple solution when there’s an issue and makes the whole process really easy. I trust her judgement and feel confident my property and tenants are in good hands. Highly recommend Hamptons, especially Constance.

Hamptons Reigate Branch have looked after my rental properties for about 30 years. The service has been consistent and reliable allowing me to focus on other things in my life. More recently Constance Graham has been looking after my interests and has been very efficient at keeping me up to date with any issues with the properties or the tenants. The sales team at Hamptons in Reigate did an amazing job on my recent house sale. Eric and Jonathan were both very helpful in attending to queries and keeping me updated. Shima, who handled the sale directly, was outstanding. In a somewhat challenging process she set clear deadlines to show the buyer was really serious, reassuring me that we were moving forward and nudging things forward through to completion in a very thoughtful manner.

The team at Hamptons have been nothing but fantastic! From start to finish our process was so smooth and easy and a great start to our new home journey. Athena, Francesca and Emily were amazing and answered any queries we had. From viewing the property to finding out we got it was all within a couple of hours. Constance who is our property manager has been amazing aswell, we had a little issue upon moving in with an appliance and within a couple of hours she had kindly arranged a engineer to have a look for us and when deemed not fixable, a replacement and delivery of a new one was ordered for us. I had a great experience with Hamptons Lettings in Reigate. Jessica Ware and the team were extremely attentive both at the start and at the end of my tenancy. At the close of the tenancy, there were some logistical complications from my end, but they worked collaboratively with the landlord and me to achieve a smooth and successful completion, leaving all parties happy. Jessica is admirably prompt with her replies and very considerate of the tenancy while hosting viewings. A special mention to Athena, who is a gracious and ebullient member of the team. She brings real warmth to her work and clearly understands the "hopes and dreams" aspect of helping people find and let homes. Overall, I found the team professional, supportive, and a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks for all of your help!

We’ve been with Hamptons for just over 2 years, First With Hamptons Caterham and currently with the Reigate Team. During that time we’ve had a very positive experience overall. Constance Graham from Hamptons Reigate is the property manager for our current property, and she has been absolutely fantastic to work with. Since taking over the management, Constance has been responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. She communicates clearly, deals with any issues promptly, and ensures everything is handled efficiently and with care. Although we’ve only worked with her during our time at this property, it’s been a noticeable step up in service. We really appreciate her support and would gladly recommend her to others. Also to add, Jack Phillips from Hamptons Reigate Team was incredibly helpful in finding our current property. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. He really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find a place that suited our needs perfectly. Overall, our experience with Hamptons has been excellent, and we’re grateful for the support both Jack and Constance have provided. From the moment we walked into Hamptons’ Reigate Office and welcomed by Francesca we knew we were in the right hands in our search for a rental property. She was so helpful and proactive in finding us a property. Contacting us virtually on a daily basis with updates on the rental process and meeting us at the property so we could ensure we were making the right decision and then later measuring up for furniture etc. We are now living in a beautiful apartment and know we have made the right decision. Sadly, we didn't find our rental property through Hamptons, but that wasn't for lack of trying. In particular, Jessica was incredibly helpful, enthusiastic and professional. She stayed in contact with us throughout our search period.
