White and Sons have acted for us as Managing Agents since 2014. This is a mixed estate of freehold and leasehold properties. After approaching several Companies it was decided to proceed with White and Sons. Within about three months White and Sons had sorted out much of the previous disorder which was far quicker than we had expected. A couple of major issues which had been ongoing for several years were completed within the first year. Service charge arrears were quickly brought down to an acceptable level. The staff at White and Sons have always been helpful, courteous, friendly and efficient and have gone out their way to make sure issues get sorted as quickly as possible. We have no hesitation in recommending them.
