I've been living in a flat managed by Jackson-Stops Teddington office for the past 2 years. Throughout my time, I've found issues attended to relatively quickly and efficiently. Tallulah Keating has recently taken over as the property manager and I've found her to be especially courteous and highly responsive in her approach.

The Tunbridge Wells branch has managed my property for several years. They have done this extremely well. The experience has been courteous and professional, staff always available; tenants have been looked after and quickly replaced once they leave; maintenance is attended to quickly with minimum fuss; and rent has been paid-on within a couple of days of receipt. This has been very reassuring as an owner. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody else.

I've been a landlord with Jackson Stops East Sussex for several years now. The team have helped me during a particularly difficult time and with a very bad tenant. In particular I can say Katie, Helen, Bronwen and Becky in accounts have been absolutely fantastic. Katrin has just taken over as my letting agent and I'm sure I will have just as good a relationship with her. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

GoogleWe saw a house we wanted to buy locally and decided to move, but needed to sell ours quickly, from not being on the market at all. We appointed JS on the Wednesday and on the Saturday they arranged 10 viewing before we had even been measured for details. A couple of weeks later we were up on the web and received an excellent offer a week after that. So effectively sold from a standing start in less than a month. Jackson Stops are a quality operation, with an excellent team, who really know the area and how to sell a property quickly and efficiently.

My washing machine broke, which is less than ideal with two teenagers:) I emailed Jackson-Stops and property manager Marco Correia and Georgie Tilby (maintenance team) organised for someone to come out the next day (Friday). They then had it replaced by the following Tuesday. Very efficient service. Thank you! Much appreciated:)
