Best in Mid Sussex!

Toby, Guy and Alice deserve every success. Selling houses is not easy but they really maintained positivity and creativity throughout the whole process. Unfortunately we gave them a real curveball with a tricky neighbour but they dealt with the issue and smoothed out the process to successful completion. I don't think anyone else would have been able to achieve this. They are a pleasure deal with and will go that extra mile to make things happen. Their advice was spot on from beginning to end and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Highly recommend - 10/10 service!

We recently sold our house via the Dorking branch of Jackson-Stops and can highly recommend them. Their service was excellent, from the valuation to advice, they were highly professional from start to finish. Perhaps their most impressive skill is their communication, always one step ahead of us, they kept us informed and offered advice all along the way. This is true of the whole team but in particular 100% excellent service was delivered by Chris Fairclough, whose advice, calm steering and all round friendly sound service was second to none. Please use them!

A first class organisation

From my initial contact with Jackson Stops office in Sevenoaks I have been totally impressed at the sheer professionalism of every member of staff I have dealt with. Having never let out a property before I was a complete novice and no question from me was ever ignored no matter how trivial it was. Communication from day one was excellent and continues to be so. They clearly know the local market as my property was let within a few days of being advertised. I'm also benefitting from their full management service which takes a great weight off my mind. Although my thanks go mainly to Isabelle and Helen as they are dealing with me, the rest of the team when I have had dealings with them have been similarly impressive.

Very satisfied customer who bought and sold back to back

I managed to sell my home of 19 years and buy an exceptionally wonderful smaller home, both through Jacksons in Dorking. Jacksons generated significant real interest in my home and ensured it was pictured well, displaying it's positives and advising me along the way. We managed to back 2 back the deals and while there were some difficulties down one end of the short chain, the communication was quick, clear and I was always fully informed - facing no surprises. In the event that I was selling or indeed buying again, I would be happy to deal with the Jackson team - all were very impressive and focused on getting the deals over the line with minimum stress.

Shocking service by this estate agent, doesn’t promote your property at all, leaves it sitting on the website for months with no contact from them whatsoever!!There’s plenty of estate agents out there who will advertise and promote your property in order to seal a sale.Don’t waste your time with these people.

Brilliant service as a purchaser.

I have recently purchased a property which was being marketed by Jackson-Stops. The agent I dealt with was very friendly, he arranged viewings quickly and was very attentive during the whole process- helping me with any queries I had along the way. Upon completion, he delivered the house keys to me so I could continue packing and also gave me a bottle of champagne as a congratulations gift. Having dealings with three of the Jackson Stopps,regional offices Burford /Norfolk/and most recently Chelmsford. I can honestly say,every member of the staff in all branches have been more than helpful,and pleasant. Estate agents having,what is usually a well deserved reputation,we have not once come upon any of that condescending attitude,which has become expected,of the breed ! In fact our most recent experience , with James at the Chelmsford branch ,we feel he has become like a family friend to us,which of course makes the whole experience (moving home being one of life ‘s most stressful times),so much more pleasant. The team at Jackson-Stops Reigate were a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, knowledgable and efficient, they dealt with any question or query promptly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they even printed out documents for me when I had no access to a printer. WOBURN OFFICE Whilst maybe not directly the fault of the Company they were acting as the agent for a property I viewed. I was contacted at 1pm to be told the Landlord wanted to accept us as tenants and all the referencing paperwork would be conpleted after giving my family the good news I was emailed by the agent to say " actually they might now be offering it to a farmhand who lives local and doesnt need any of the maintenance sorting but will let you know" After a few follow up emails I got a response to say "sorry they are letting the other person have it"As potential tenants letting Agents do a lot of quite intrusive checks before even approaching a landlird, perhaps the same thoroughness should be applied before taking on Landlords.In the space of 24 hours we went from delight to bitter dissapointment which shouldnt happen.
