My recent house sale was managed by the lovely Katarina, Sales Manager at the Reigate office. From day one I felt she could be trusted and she was always positive and proactive, without ever being too pushy. The rest of the team were brilliant with arranging to show all my viewings without any issues and their online portal is very useful and available 24/7. I did engage in photography which included AI Virtual Staging and believe this helped with the sale. All in all I would highly recommend Cubitt & West and the Reigate Branch in particular. Katarina at Cubitt and West Reigate was amazing. My property was not an easy sell at all but Katarina was positive and enthusiastic from the get-go, kept me informed through every step of the way, was by my side when the sale fell through twice (absolutely nothing to do with Cubitt and West), supportive when I was stressed and emotional. She is very hard working, dedicated to her client with sound advice which is down to her valuable knowledge and experience. Towards the end, when it looked like it might all go horribly wrong, Katarina and the team pulled out the stops and ended up doing much of the work that the lazy estate agent up the chain should have been doing - above and beyond.

Maddison is such a lovely person and excellent at her job - she not only listened carefully to our needs and gave us some brilliant advice, but she also embraced our home life wonderfully when she visited us; she was so very lovely to our very chatty and confident little boy, and was so attentive to him whilst juggling her professional role whilst with us and we are so grateful. Although we haven’t gone ahead to sell & buy right now, if the time does come I will be making Maddison my first port of call.
