A huge thank you to Alison at Cubitt & West Banstead. Alison was amazing from start to finish and made our whole experience so much easier. We were first time buyers and didn't have much knowledge at all on purchasing a property - Alison helped us through every stage of the purchase and couldn't have been more helpful if she tried. Massive thank you Alison and the team, we are extremely grateful and very happy in our new home!!

This very friendly team did a really good job with a long and difficult sale. Sold 3 times with buyers dropping out for various almost unbelievable reasons. Perseverance paid in the end and with a price way above what another local agent sugested we sell for. Well done Heidi and team.

Aden has been a resourceful and dependable agent, keeping us regularly updated and working proactively with us to find our next home. Thank you also to the lady that conducted our mist recent viewing, unfortunately forgotten her name, but she was very welcoming, friendly and supportive Thanks Jack and Beth

Brilliant team!

Cubitt & West are absolutely fantastic, providing outstanding customer service and support from the moment I viewed a property, right up until the move in date and even now after I’ve moved in! Jenny, especially, was wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure my first ever move was as smooth as it could be. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole move was as stress-free as possible. Madi was also brilliant! Thank you all SO much! I will definitely recommend Cubitt & West to family and friends.

As an overseas buyer

As an overseas buyer, intending to retire to the UK in two years' time, we found our dream apartment, but it made sense to rent it out until we are ready to retire. The team at Cubitt & West did a great job of explaining what we needed to do, arranging for gas and electrical certificates, insurance, and finding us a tenant who has now moved in

It’s a pretty crazy market to be buying and selling at the moment (especially when 7 months pregnant!) but Angel was amazing at fitting me in for a viewing at last minute and also taking time to go through details with me out of hours on a Saturday. Really helpful and knew her stuff!

Daniel, Scott, and Marcus provide consistently Excellent Service

I have had Cubitt & West manage my property for over a decade. I am grateful for the efficient, dependable, fair, and professional service I have experienced with Daniel Nouari, Scott Leazell, and Marcus Farrow. They are always easy to reach and communicate with and are very knowledgeable, friendly, proactive, and keep me updated. The systems are great, repairs are managed very well with competitive quotes obtained swiftly, and they take care of complex matters, providing us with peace of mind. Thank you for your outstanding professional service.

Cubitt and West were brilliant the whole way through. They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and supportive. I had the pleasure of working with the extremely professional Zoe and Michael in the early stages. Working with Julie (the sales progressor) once I had accepted an offer was a true godsend. She was professional, friendly and completely supportive and responsive the whole way through helping get my sale over the line. It was a complicated sale so I think it was impressive to get this through in the timeframe. Thank you so much!

Great experience and service

Esme has been incredibly helpful during my property search. She is always professional, but also amiable, optimistic and enthusiastic when she calls to check on my progress, or offer suitable property matches. I am extremely grateful for all of her efforts. Thank you Esme!

Reigate's Professional Team

I asked Cubitt & West Reigate branch to market my aunt's retirement flat because she had moved into a care home. They are an enthusiastic, professional and friendly team who worked hard to find a buyer. Midway through the process, having found a buyer, my aunt sadly died which meant extended delays as we then had to apply for probate. One year on and the sale has finally gone through. The Cubitt & West Reigate team were helpful and great communicators right to the end, enabling the sale to go through quickly and without a hitch. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will return to them when I am looking to sell my own house.

Amazing service and a pleasure to deal with

Leonie and colleagues at the Redhill Branch went above and beyond what I would have expected from them to help my mother move under very difficult circumstances. They were always there with a cheerful voice and a resolution to the many problems we had. I would whole heartedly recommend them. Marvellous job. Thank you

Sales progression

Following on from a very fast sales agreement on our property, which we’ve already reviewed, we moved onto the contract stage. Even though our buyer’s mortgage has already been agreed in principle, the final agreement proved very difficult to secure, mostly due to really tricky market conditions. The whole process took longer than we had hoped, but Julie Bramble, our designated sales progressor, did an absolutely top job on keeping the whole process moving and on smoothing out the inevitable wrinkles. To be honest, this sale could quite easily have fallen through without Julie’s input. We’ve completed today and we couldn’t be happier with the service received from C&W.

Ciaran Street has been absolutely amazing in sorting everything out for my move. I haven’t even moved in yet but am honestly so impressed with the level of service he has provided. Even when there was an issue with the meter in the new property Ciaran done everything possible to sort this out and his communication was fantastic. It is hard to find such incredible customer service and he is the best I have ever dealt with.

I have just secured a property through Cubitt and West, the whole branch could not have been more helpful and attentive but in particular Anthony and Julian were lifesavers. The vendor and i were able to agree a figure in relatively quick time and i was never left not knowing what was happening. Couldn't recommend enough!!!

Great experience of selling with Cubitt and West

I recently sold my house and chose Cubitt and West to market it. The sales team was brilliant in putting the plan together and market it. I recieved offer on the first open day itself that I accepted. Post offer process was where Heather followed up with all parties and progressed the sale. Heather kept me informed all the time as well. I am glad I didn't go with self help model of selling via website as there is a lot of chading and follow ups required post offer acceptence that was done by Cubitt and West team.
