Mediocre

Despite a very convincing hard sale, with promise of above market service, it was all very mediocre. There was poor copper action with our requests in the marketing material. The open day was managed by very junior, inexperienced staff. A worse if all the verbally agreed price with the branch manager was not the final demand. The advert 'no added extras' was not applied as they added a marketing charge to the agreed price. This company is not worth the extra cost. Mediocre at best. Avoid .

I asked Cubitt & West Reigate branch to market my aunt's retirement flat because she had moved into a care home. They are an enthusiastic, professional and friendly team who worked hard to find a buyer. Midway through the process, having found a buyer, my aunt sadly died which meant extended delays as we then had to apply for probate. One year on and the sale has finally gone through. The Cubitt & West Reigate team were helpful and great communicators right to the end, enabling the sale to go through quickly and without a hitch. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will return to them when I am looking to sell my own house.
