Gold medals to Reigate Cubitt and West

Gold medals to Reigate Cubitt and West! A truly great professional team. Everyone I interacted with went over and above in providing a personal service; from the first contact and booking, viewing the property, expert negotiation skills in securing the property, plus the ongoing advice and support in getting things over the finish line! (Even accommodating phone charging in the warm on completion day!)Thank you all very much for all your assistance.Much appreciated!

Outstanding Service ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I have been with Cubitt & West for 25 years, and throughout this time the service has always been excellent. Marc, my main contact, has been a real pleasure to work with. He liaises seamlessly with my tenants, negotiates with professionalism, and always responds quickly and thoroughly to all my questions. His support, dedication, and friendly approach have made the whole process of letting and managing my property stress-free. I truly value his commitment and couldn’t be happier with the service he provides.

Tyler in lettings was outstanding tenant secured in 24 hours.

I had troubles with a different agent who were complacent with my property as a guaranteed landlord so they thought! Tyler was fantastic in not only dealing with everything promptly and effectively. He listened to my concerns and who I wanted for my property. Had the property live and a tenant secured within 24 hours of being on the market.Brilliant work AJ

Julie the gem

We have just exchanged contracts today and had Julie Bramble as our sales progressor. She was so helpful, responded quickly and provided us with plenty of updates. It’s been a long and stressful eight months but her help was invaluable to us. She is a gem and perhaps deserves a little pay rise ;) thank you Julie!

Cailean has been incredibly helpful and it's been a pleasure to deal with him. He's shown us a couple of properties so far and we were instantly put at ease by his friendly and professional manner. He's also given us great tips regarding the area which has given us a really good feel for what it's like to live here. Thank you Cailean!

We had a great experience with cubit and west. From the get go communication was fab and any questions were answered. Andrew was very informative and could point us in the direction of people who could help if he wasn’t able to (which was rare) An amazing price for a lifetime cover. Would highly recommend.

Katarina in the Reigate office is…

Katarina in the Reigate office is brilliant! She works so hard to ensure that she delivers on what the customer wants. Always provides attention to detail and thinks outside of the box when it comes to properties that may be of interest when you are also a potential vendor to help make the process easier. After dealing with many other agents in the Reigate area recently, she puts the rest to shame and if you snooze - you lose! This is probably why Katarina does so well as she keeps on going even when others don't!

Enthusiastic, professional and a pleasure to deal with

Unlike some of the disinterested and disengaged estate agents in the area, Maddison was confident and enthusiastic about taking on our property. She was professional and very easy to deal with, as were her colleagues managing the viewings. The video and photos were excellent and the property was sold at asking price.

Highly recommend for a Great service

I had the pleasure of dealing with Heidi and Charlotte at the Ashington Branch concerning a complex deceased estate. They couldn’t have been more warm, helpful and responsive to our needs. Heidi was very well informed and generous with the information she shared. I feel confident in recommending Heidi and Charlotte at the Ashington branch.

Although Cubitt and West are slightly more expensive than other estate agents, they were worth it - you get what you pay for!! From start to finish, they were very professional. Our buyer’s solicitors were slow (and frustrating) but thanks to Caitlin Rosser pushing things along for us, we made the deadline we had hoped for. Thank you Caitlin!
