Excellent experience as an overseas seller

The team were so helpful and proactive from the beginning of the sale process, Emily asked for a Teams chat very early on to get an idea of what I was after, as I live in Australia so was unable to meet in person. She provided very sound guidance on the marketing approach and gave me confidence that she and the team would work hard to get the best price possible for me. Communication was excellent throughout the whole sale process - would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Matt woods as the estate agent for the property I was buying, the process in itself was a shamble but thanks to Matt constantly chasing the onward chain for updates, keeping myself and my partner in the loop at every opportunity, easy to get in contact with and respond to emails the same day definitely make the process easier to deal with. We saw a property and offer that, the vendor initially accept the offer, they sent me the confirmation email about accepting. then someone else offered more than us and the agent named Issac confirmed us the vendor will accept that one as that one was higher numbers than us. My husband was frustrated how could someone offered, after one offer has been accepted! Next day after that I called the agency and offer more than the other party and spoke to the agent Connor! After 1 hr later he called me and saying that our offer has been rejected. I asked them the reason & he mentioned that it will be unfair to disclose any info about it. I mean everything is fair to take the property from us but not to tell us anything. We found they were not helpful at all with us. Although We took the risk and make an effort to give an offer from the very beginning. I will make sure none of my friends and colleagues will go with any deal them in near future. Last but not the least I will make a formal complaint about this and will take it further. This is the worst estate agent we have ever faced on our life. If possible I would give them minus marking.

Had a great process of requesting an evaluation on our house - the tricky bit is that it was for a remortgage requirement and not to sell, most real estate agents have turned a nose up when they heard we weren't in the market of selling but Isaac from the Reigate branch really came through for us and appreciated our circumstance and provided a thought out evaluation with no strings attached. James had been an absolute pleasure to work with. We appreciated his relaxed approach during the viewing so we didn’t feel pressured but he was able to give full details regarding the property at the right time. This overall started our journey with Reigate Andrews on a positive foot as well as James positively representing the Reigate office. I enjoy when he calls as it is either to tell us something or just to let us know he knows we are still there. He has been able to build a relationship with us as sellers and buyers, professionally as well as socially so we feel comfortable to ask the awkward questions. On top of this he meets and sets expectations and delivers them. We have felt like the process with James has been genuine. He says he is ‘just doing my job’ but honestly to us it’s a massive chapter in our lives and I’m glad someone like James has been part of it! God can you imagine if we had a Karen! Andrews estate agent - Fantastic service Fantastic Results

Having used Andrews in the past to buy and sell a property we decided to invite them to do a market asking price survey. Andrews completed the survey and during a visit to the property explained in great detail how and why the came to the valuation. They explained the current market conditions and provided a copy of the brochure they produce for the property. We were very happy and asked what would be the next step and commision rates if we decided to proceed with Andrews. Again this was explained in detail and clarity. Were were happy with the valuation and impressed with the team so decided to proceed with putting the property on the market with Andrews.A convenient day was arranged for an open day at the property and the team filled most of the available time slots. On Monday as was agreed we received 6 offers for the property and didn't feel pressured to select to select on. Time and space was afforded to us to decide. The whole process of selling a property is quite stressful and long winded, the Team at Andrews were always available to to and kept us updated with progress as much as the could.I would highly recommend Andrews estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell and property and now consider them to be the "Family estate agent".

I have been a long term Andrews Customer recently the Leasehold Dept changed the Agent responsible for our block (at our/the directors request)and having Luke Timms now as our contact is a breath of fresh air compared to what we have had in the past. Luke has done more for us in 6 months then the previous person did in 3 years. His honest, direct approach is much appreciated and the time he has given to ensure that we are happy with ongoing projects etc is so helpful. Bear Flat - Emma Mussert. Emma has been leading and supporting with our recent property sale. The process, through matters outside of her control, was very complex and spanned nearly 6 months. Furniture deliveries when you live…

Furniture deliveries when you live abroad can be more stressful than normal - especially because you cannot be there to receive them.
