GoogleMy experience with Sandra and the seller of a property (on Whitton 87 road in Twickenham) they represented has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. After having our offer accepted and diligently working through all legal processes towards contract exchange, we were blindsided when the seller suddenly decided to withdraw their acceptance without any explanation.
Throughout the process, communication from the estate agency (Sandra) was inadequate and contradictory. Despite our concerns and requests to take the property off the market, they assured us everything was proceeding smoothly. However, their reassurances were evidently false, as they failed to prevent the seller from abruptly backing out of the deal.
The lack of transparency and professionalism displayed by both the estate agency and the seller is unacceptable. It's clear they prioritize their own interests over those of prospective buyers, disregarding the time and effort invested in the purchasing process.
I strongly advise potential buyers not to do business with [this Agency and this seller. Our experience serves as a cautionary tale of the risks involved in trusting them with such an important transaction

GoogleWhen I asked Castor Bay to market my property in Sheen I informed them it was an “unsellable” flat. I had already tried twice to sell it over the years and for a whole variety of reasons it just never went through.
In all honestly I had lost hope the place would ever sell and decided to give it one last try before giving up for good and renting it out forever.
