GoogleI have used Castor Bay ( formerly Prestige Realty ) for about 10 years for both all my property purchases and sales and also for letting those properties. The service has always been excellent and innovative and you always get an honest appraisal not just telling you what you want to hear like many agents do just to attract the business. And of course you always deal with the principals of the business not some 'wet behind the ears 19 year old' which is often the case with other firms. I would always highly recommend them.

GoogleI was a tenant in a property managed by Castor Bay for 2.5years and they were fantastic throughout. The team are extremely personable, professional and very good at what they do. Castor Bay always promptly replied to any emails or phone calls and any issues would be sorted quickly and fairly. The whole experience was very refreshing and I would love to use the company again in the future.

GoogleThis was my housing agency for around a year and a half. They were always on point, if we needed a technician or any other sort of help they would send it straight away. The staff was super understanding and very empathetic, very responsive and extremely polite in all their contacts. I would definitely recommend Castor Bay, they are probably the best agency I have ever worked with.

GoogleOne of the best letting agencies in London, I’ve dealt with foxtons, dexters and martin&co, none of them even stand close to the service Castor Bay provides. I rented the property for 2 years and they’ve accommodated so many things and little changes I requested. Lovely team. Would happily rent from them again any time.
