I have recently used Parsons & Co to find a rental property. The service we received was excellent. As I haven’t rented before I was unaware of all the details involved in renting a property. The process was effortless and we were kept informed and up to date at every stage. Parsons are a very helpful, supportive and experienced letting agents who know their area and clients well. I really appreciated the time Sandra took to explain the letting process with their agency to me and her excellent admin skills that kept the process on track. The promotional photos taken by Tara and her valuation and advice about how to develop my property were spot on. The online blurb and paper hand out about my property were written concisely and accurately with a floorplan showing measurements. Michelle, who normally is involved in sales, was very knowledgeable and helpful too.
