Michelle was really supportive through our house buying process. She was attentive to our requests without being overbearing when arranging viewings. We requested contact only by email and she respected this, unlike many other agents. As we went through the solicitor process, she kept chasing both sides and kept the momentum going. Even since we moved she has been really helpful with tying up loose ends. We are really grateful to Michelle and Parsons for helping us buy our first home from start to finish.

From the first meeting we had with Parsons about selling or renting our house we have received expert and professional advice that has been first class. Finally, she came up trumps and the property fitted all our requirements.
