GoogleI dealt with Lauren in the Sales Team, I haven't yet bought a property but she arranged a viewing and a second viewing for me in Kings Norton. Her service was great, she's really friendly, calls me to confirm, asks for feedback and catches up with me a few days later. Thanks Lauren, great job :-)

Google1 Star is far more than this unprofessional and untrustworthy company ever deserve. Avoid at all costs, it will truly make your life a misery. They do not follow the correct procedures as stated on their website in accordance with the Property ombudsman. The information they provide alongside "professional" guidance is frankly as much use as a chocolate fireguard. I will never use again, and would not wish their service on my worst enemy.

GoogleWe used Shipways for Robyn's morgage advise and at first I was a little hesitant to pay for a morgage advisor, however I’m so glad I did now as not only has Robyn been worth every penny by working along side me through every confusing, troublesome and difficult problem I have encountered along the way but also pushed my solicitors for me and translated the overwhelming situations for me in a way I can understand, she really has an above and beyond attitude towards her role at Shipways Redditch and has even saved me a load of money by reviewing my final statement from my solicitors by showing me costs that where unnecessarily placed into my soliciting bill. Couldn’t recommend her morgage advise and help more as She got me a great deal on my morgage wich she also made a quick and easy process. I think I would of lost my mind in this house buying process with out you, Thanks Robyn your a star! you are a credit to Shipways.

GoogleJust bought our first home with Shipways and have to say they were amazing - from lengthy negotiations to stepping in to assist on completion day with chasing solicitors. Nothing was ever too small to help with, and the team are incredibly friendly. We dealt with Francis and Harriet, who were an utter pleasure! 😊

GoogleAmber at SHIPWAYS estate agent’s in Redditch was extremely polite, professional and kind in nature towards our family needs. Amber really helped in the evaluation of the property and reassuring the selling/buying process so that we were confident in using SHIPWAYS estate agents for our house move. I recommend using SHIPWAYS estate agents due to the high standard of communication and fast process.

GoogleReally helpful staff. I haven’t had the easiest of house moves in the current market and it has taken a long time to get my keys. However, the team in branch have been there to answer any of my questions and chase solicitors on my behalf. I’m very grateful.

GoogleNicola went over and above to maintain the sale and purchase. Difficult chain but all came good in the end. 5 stars given due to the fact this took so long and could have fallen apart so easily if it were not for Nicolas relentless hard work and determination.

GoogleDo NOT be fooled into Shipways Lifetime Membership fee. It costs a staggering £600 which is a once off and is sold in a “never pay anything for our services again” kind of way however as you learn when looking to renew mortgage providers when your rate is up, you still pay a £99 admin fee!! The lifetime fee is non refundable as well so it’s £600 down the drain. Very very misleading and unscrupulous. Shop around, there are other companies who are better.

GoogleWouldn’t recommend at all. Whole team where completely incompetent. Bad communication. Would turn up for viewing when we where not even told they had people to view. Had viewings and nobody turned up wasting my time. Absolutely useless WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Had to put one star to post this review they don’t even deserve that.
