GoogleThese guys went above & beyond for me! I was in a flat that was damp, very damp! (not letted out by themselves but another landlord) Martin went out of his way to get intouch with me after I put a few posts on social media explaining my situation & within the week I viewed two houses with him. Put my application in & got accepted π when I went to collect the keys, Jennie, Martins partner in crime was extremely lovely & welcoming! Explained all the paper work to me, had all the checks in the done & both rallyed around to make sure the house was all freshly plastered & painted. Absolutely lovely staff, very friendly & helpful ππ thank you to you all β€οΈ

GoogleContacted Parker and stag to view a property booked in for 10:30 viewing I was contacted at 10:20 to be told the estate agent had picked up the wrong keys and had to return to get correct keys I then waited until 10:45 to receive a txt β¦

GoogleI am really impressed with Parker Stag. Jen is extremely helpful. I have always been a bit cynical about estate agents but I honestly think these guys care about keeping tenants happy. The fees are the most reasonable I've known (Β£125 total fees. I've known estate agents to charge over Β£300). Jen has also offered advice about the local area which I am new to . Their out of hours service is really good so far (only called it once). Only been in my rented place a few weeks but so far so good in terms of Parker Stag

Over this time Iβve found Martin, Jo and the team have provided me peace of mind , quickly addressing any issues, ensuring everything was taken care of.
